Minecraft player recently shared their build of the tallest building in their country Vietnam. Minecraft has become a place of exquisite creativity. There are extremely impressive builds of major landmarks all across the world, like this recreation of the Registan of Samarkand, Uzbekistan in Minecraft. Players have become craftier and more creative when it comes to making the in-game versions of these landmarks look realistic and this tower is no different.

Mojang’s sandbox game has been a hit since its release in 2011. Players over the years started with small (but still impressive) builds of houses and cities not based on anything set in reality. Some players started to recreate real-life places, sets from movies, television shows, and even other games. This move has inspired many to follow suit and create an array of styles and renditions of different franchises. Players have brought icons like the Stark Tower from The Avengers, Springfield from The Simpsons, and even a Minecraft meets Pirates of the Caribbean rendition of the Black Pearl. Each of these players spent countless hours perfecting the craft of building and they have also brought the building aspect of Minecraft to a different level.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

Reddit user PomChuBoi shared their in-game version of the tallest building in Vietnam, which is also their home country. The tallest building is known as Landmark 81 and is an 81-story building that stands 1,513.0 ft tall. PomChuBoi also included the red pedestrian bridge leading away from the tower as well as a few of the surrounding buildings which are luxury apartments, shopping areas, and restaurants. PomChuBoi did not mention how long it took them to build this, but in a cinematic trailer they shared it did appear that it was done in Creative Mode. The amount of attention to detail is impressive. The different levels of the tower look identical and the height of the surrounding buildings is spot on to the real photo shared alongside the realistic Minecraft build.

The trees below the massive tower also look extremely realistic. PomChuBoi did not say whether or not they used any type of shader packs to achieve this look, but it seems likely. Shaders have become an important part of making the most realistic version of a build. Many players use them to achieve the look of realistic glass, realistic clouds, and realistic water. It adds the extra level of detail that many fans enjoy seeing from builds like this.

Without fail, the Minecraft community brings impressive and awe-inspiring builds to the table. Each day it seems as though someone will take building to the next level and surprise everyone, as was the case with this this Minecraft Super Bowl mash-up. While players wait for the next update, it is likely many more impressive Minecraft feats will be shared with the world.
