One of the best crime thriller series on Netflix right now is La Casa de Papel, aka Money Heist, featuring a group of criminals, headed by a mastermind The Professor. Together, they attempt a couple of heists that seem almost impossible to pull off. Throughout the series’ four seasons, the show has been able to grip the attention of the audiences worldwide, with its near-perfect storylines and brilliant acting.

While the fourth season didn’t quite live up to the expectations, it was still a decent watch and it certainly had the twists the series is known for. Without further ado, let’s rank every episode from Money Heist part 4.

8 “5 Minutes Earlier” (6.9)

The fifth episode of season 4 is also the worst in the entire series, according to IMDb. It begins with a couple of flashback scenes, where Moscow and Denver can be seen arguing with The Professor about bringing in another member to the gang.

While The Professor is hesitant, Berlin has a plan to make use of the additional member. Inside The Bank of Spain, Gandia locks up Tokyo in the panic room, declaring war against the gang. Meanwhile, Nairobi seems to have recovered from her surgery, but she could be in trouble, again.

7 “Anatomy Lesson” (7.0)

In the third episode of season 4, Marseille and The Professor are able to convince Antonanzas, a police officer (and assistant of Colonel Tamayo), to become a mole and pass along a message to Raquel aka Lisbon.

Inside, Palermo becomes frustrated about being chained, so he gives Gandia a plan to escape. And escape he does as Rio is unable to stop him. Sierra gets to know the whereabouts of Lisbon’s family, and she tries to negotiate with Raquel, but as always, The Professor is there to save the day.

6 “Berlin’s Wedding” (7.1)

In the second episode of season 4, Nairobi escapes death, thanks to a successful surgery from Tokyo, but the euphoria doesn’t last long as the gang has to deal with Palermo. With Tokyo in charge, The Professor talks to her, and he gets to know about a detail that he might have looked over earlier. Back inside the Police tent, Sierra interrogates Lisbon and gives her enough reasons to turn on The Professor. But, the master interrogator needs to do better.

5 “TKO” (7.3)

In the sixth episode of season 4, Gandia manages to take Nairobi hostage as he uses her to strike a bargain. In a flashback scene, Nairobi is seen debating with The Professor about having a child with him because of his good genes.

While he originally opposes the idea, The Professor agrees for Nairobi. Meanwhile, Marseille goes to visit Algeria to gather some intel about Rio and his torture. The episode ends with an incredibly sad scene as one of the best characters in the series gets killed, and the gang is absolutely devastated.

4 “Game Over” (7.4)

The first episode of season 4 follows the events of the frantic season 3 finale. Nairobi is fighting for her life after she got shot in the chest, and the gang ponders whether to perform surgery on her or let her leave The Bank of Spain so that she can get the proper care.

The Professor, believing Raquel was executed, is able to escape the forest, thanks to Marseille  Out of respect for Nairobi, Tamayo, and The Professor agree to a truce for, at least, two days, although there is a much larger game at play. Palermo isn’t happy about Tokyo leading the gang.

3 “Pasodoble” (7.5)

In the fourth episode of season 4, Gandia, after escaping from his clutches, almost kills Nairobi, but the gang gets there in time, and he flees the scene. Meanwhile, while chasing Gandia, Helsinki, also, almost dies but Bogata and Tokyo are there to save the day.

Gandia finds himself in the secret panic room, laced with weapons, and communicates with Tamayo. He gets permission for an all-out assault on the gang. The Professor gives this same information to Tokyo, and the episode ends with Gandia smacking her from behind.

2 “Strike The Tent” (8.2)

In the penultimate episode of season 4, Gandia goes inside the panic room, bleeding and tries to communicate with Tamayo. However, the Colonel has to call off his planned assault after The Professor leaks the information about Rio’s illegal torture worldwide.

Colonel Prieto denies any involvement but another video circulates online, this time from Algeria. Sierra is told to take a tough step, while Tokyo is able to manipulate Gandia and knock him out. Furthermore, Lisbon’s illegal detention also comes to an end as she will now get her chance in court.

1 “The Paris Plan” (8.3)

In the season 4 finale, The Professor is back to his best. He masterminds an impossible plan of reuniting Lisbon with the team, and with some help from Benjamin and Marseille, he is able to pull it off. Meanwhile, Sierra goes all-in on Colonel Tamayo as he sells him out in front of the press before going on a solo hunt for The Professor. As for Gandia, his time seems to be coming to an end, although he is still alive.
