The Teen Titans have been around for a long time, and the team has taken many different forms. After starting as a group of sidekicks, they morphed into a group of teen crimefighters without any connections with Marv Wolfman and George Perez’s New Teen Titans in the ’80s.

It is that second team that remains the one most known today, thanks to animated series, movies, and kid’s shows like Teen Titans Go. Along the way, every form of the team has developed some powerful villains, some specifically made for the Titans in particular, before moving on to even larger hero’s books in the future.
