My Big Fat Fabulous Life viewers have been wondering what Ryan Andreas has been up to since leaving the reality TV series behind. Ryan and Whitney Way Thore had a massive falling out, resulting in a broken friendship. Overall, Ryan hasn’t looked back since leaving and is doing better than ever.

Whitney and Ryan were a mismatch from the start, as one was a self-proclaimed “bro” and the other was a body-positive dancer. Whitney was always a proponent of working out but didn’t want the goal of working out for the sole purpose of having a slim body. After meeting Ryan on a failed blind date, Whitney tried to step outside her comfort zone and formed an unlikely friendship with him. Eventually, the duo revealed their plan to work on No BS Active. Together, they released videos of workouts. Along the way, however, they fell out of like with one another, eventually resulting in Ryan going his separate ways.

Since leaving My Big Fat Fabulous Life, Ryan has had a lot of change in his life. One big announcement was that Ryan became a father in 2021. The trainer is now a proud father to his son Maddox. Ryan and his girlfriend, Sydney Sommer, have been updating their followers on his adventures in parenthood. He also has been having a few playdates with his best friend, Chase Severino. Ryan has also made his business a priority. He founded My Training Partners and currently has over 60,000 followers. His company is aimed at helping supermoms live their best lives.

The elite personal trainer is working hard to prove that he was the heart and soul behind Whitney’s success. Even though Ryan was quite an antagonistic character, fans could see he was passionate about his company. Ryan no longer seems to use his Instagram, so it’s been hard for fans to stay updated on his life. Before his son was born, Ryan enjoyed many vacations with his girlfriend, but his life has quieted down as he now concentrates on being a great family man.

TLC has yet to announce My Big Fat Fabulous Life season 10, but fans can only assume it’ll happen. Though Ryan will no longer be appearing on the show, Whitney and her friends will be back.
