New World has six expeditions and three arenas that can be accessed using one of the nine Tuning Orbs. These items are only obtainable through crafting, and players will need to gather materials and achieve a high Stonecutting level in order to make them. Resources in New World, such as gems, are shared with other players in the server, so it can be difficult to farm for them.

Along with collecting materials, players will need to work on their Stonecutting skill. This skill can be increased by crafting items at a Stonecutter’s Bench, crafting gemstones, bulk crafting stone blocks, and buying raw materials from trading posts. Bulk crafting is the best method to quickly level up the Stonecutting skill, and the stone blocks only require four stones each in New World. Some of the orbs also require stone blocks, so crafting them will help players in multiple ways.

In order to obtain Tuning Orbs, players will need to gather a variety of materials, including Lodestone and different types of Corrupted resources. The Tuning Orbs are crafted at a Stonecutter’s Bench and can be used for expeditions or to enter arenas. Similar to resources, orbs can be shared amongst players, so only one person in a party needs to have the orb to start an expedition. Farming for the orbs will require a lot of time and effort depending on which orbs players are seeking and how many of each type.

How to Craft & Use Every Tuning Orb in New World

The best way to farm for Tuning Orbs in New World is to enter Corrupted Breaches and collect resources from breach caches. All Tuning Orbs require one type of New World‘s corrupted materials, so gathering these resources is essential. Unfortunately, minor breaches only spawn every 30 minutes, and major breaches take 60 minutes to spawn, so players will need to be patient and diligent when farming for orb materials.

Here are all the available Tuning Orbs in New World and the requirements to craft them:
