After stepping back in, head to B9F, and the player will encounter a new boss known as the Extreme Vessel. This is one of the more challenging bosses in the game. To defeat it, bring in a Persona that can nullify Physical attacks or has a better chance at landing critical moves. Alternatively, the player can use Tetrakarn to increase the chance of landing critical moves. Wind Damage will also knock it down. Avoid performing an All-Out-Attack and focus more on attacking it until it is defeated. The player will find the Algernon after the fight is over resting on a table.
