Brand new Pokémon-themed tech accessories from CASETiFY have been announced and are going on sale this month. The mobile tech accessory designer is collaborating with Pokémon again with brand new designs made for newer iPhone and accessory models. The two companies have teamed up a number of times before and look to continue their success with an all-new collection of products dedicated to celebrating one of gaming’s biggest franchises.

Pokémon has been a staple in the gaming industry since the release of Pokémon Red and Green in 1996. The series would become synonymous with the Nintendo handheld scene and has quickly become one of Nintendo’s biggest franchises in the company’s long and storied history. With the success of Pokémon GO, the 2016 augmented-reality-focused sensation that redefined the mobile game, The Pokémon Company has been making strides toward expanding the franchise further than it’s ever gone.

According to VideoGamesChronicle, The Pokémon Company looks to renew its commitment to the mobile market through another collaboration with mobile-accessory designer CASETiFY. The new collaboration is centered around classic Pokémon sprite art and will cater to a variety of mobile accessories including iPhone Cases, Apple Watch bands, AirPods cases, and Apple AirTags. Most of the designs are tied to Generation 4 Pokémon (likely in recognition of the recently-released Generation 4 remakes Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl), as well as some Generation 1 designs.

The crossover appears to be exclusively for Apple products, and it is unknown whether CASETiFY will design versions for other phone manufacturers. Previous Pokémon x CASETiFY collections have supported both Apple and Samsung phones, so it is unclear why the latter was excluded from the new drop. There is no fixed price set for the products either, as the customization options offered by CASETiFY have varying price points. CASETiFY is also giving away a “Pokémon Premium Cases Box” which includes three exclusive iPhone cases sporting Arceus, Diagla, and Palkia designs. To enter, customers must register for the drop’s priority access and complete CASETiFY’s Pokémon quiz, which can be found on the collection’s waiting list page.

Priority access for the new Pokémon x CASETiFY collection starts on March 21, with the official release landing on March 22. The collaboration comes just after the announcement of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the next mainline entries into the Pokémon universe. The games are set to release sometime this year, with more information coming soon.
