However, from Alison’s perspective, she is coming back to stay. Fans remember this moment during the show’s only holiday episode. Alison appears at the top of the stairs while the rest of the student body looks on.

In a PLL plot twist everyone saw coming, Alison comes back and has people on her side that believe her and want the best for her. This song was one of the best in the series because its uplifting message of fighting through adversary really captured Alison’s mentality in that moment.

The episode titled “The Devil You Know” featured this song softly playing in the background as the girls tossed dirt onto Ian’s grave. Despite the fact that Ian was a villain and they believed he was involved in murdering their best friend, the girls showed up and respectfully laid him to rest.
