Queer Eye is a popular, feel-good show that was rebooted from the original show of the same name. It centers on the fab five as they visit and help various people by giving advice about their daily lives and focusing on fashion, food habits, and building confidence.

Each member of the Queer Eye Fab Five has their own unique personality, including Antoni Porowski, who is the food and wine expert of the show. Throughout the seasons, Antoni has shown fans his love of food, people, and most of all, corgi puppies.

10 “When Robert Met Jamie” (S3 E4)

The Queer Eye group helps Robert with his self-deprecating humor, body image issues, and his overall look and confidence in this episode before he is about to get married.

Antoni teaches him some healthier recipes and takes him to the gym to try to help his self-confidence and health, which is something that Robert cares about. Antoni also has moments where he becomes serious about how Robert’s attitude could affect his daughter badly.

9 “A Tale Of Two Cultures” (S4 E6)

The Fab Five help out Deanna, a Chicana woman who is proud of her culture and shows her love by helping run an arts festival. She has a family who is skilled in cooking, but Deanna hasn’t learned her family recipes yet, which Antoni pushes her on and facilitates it finally happening.

He has fun conversations with the family about food, specifically guacamole, and feels vindicated when the family agrees with him that dairy should be added to guac.

AJ mainly doesn’t want anyone to think he’s “too gay,” so the group shares their stories with him, including Antoni opening up about how he wasn’t comfortable at first jumping fully into the culture when he came out. He says he found his true self when he dialed it back and now feels he lives as his authentic self.

7 “God Bless Gay” (S2 E1)

The group helps Miss Tammye in this episode, as they give her a makeover before she and her gay son return to their local church. Miss Tammye is deeply religious, but she chose to leave her church when it was possible that they might not accept her son after he came out.

The episode is more centered around Bobby Berk, as he talks with Tammye about his own experiences being gay and growing up in a religious community, but the story and emotion and love are so strong that Antoni and the viewers break down crying.

6 “Jones Bar-B-Q” (S3 E3)

In this episode, the Queer Eye group help sisters Deborah and Mary Jones, who run a Kansas City BBQ joint that is insanely popular due to their hard work and family recipes. The two are completely made over and given a little opportunity for some relaxation from their hectic lives in the episode.

Antoni Porowski shines in this episode, as he learns cooking from their successful BBQ restaurant, but he also takes it a step further and sets up a business meeting for the sisters to negotiate their secret family sauce to be mass-produced and sold.

The Fab Five helps a fishmonger, Marcos, who works incredibly hard at his job at the fish stand he owns. The group helps him find more family time in his busy work schedule and update his look.

The biggest part of the episode sees the group help him finally realize his dream of owning his own restaurant. Bobby works on the restaurant location and Antoni takes his time to help Marcos come up with the perfect menu.

4 “On Golden Kenny” (S4 E5)

In the episode “On Golden Kenny,” the Queer Eye group helps Kenny, who has been stuck in a rut for a long time as he runs a social club that raises money for his local church. He hasn’t had a dating life or had his family over to his house in years.

Antoni immediately falls in love after Kenny gives him a pickle, one of his favorite foods, and Jonathan and Antoni have an emotional surprise for Kenny when they take him to adopt a dog.

3 “Groomer Has It” (S5 E2)

This episode sees the Fab Five help Rahanna, who owns a dog grooming trailer that is in dire need of a makeover. The team helps mentor her in business, update her wardrobe, and get her a new mobile grooming trailer.

Antoni focuses on teaching Rahanna how to make healthy dog treats so she can sell them along with her grooming services. The team also puts together a puppy fashion show, not the first time the Fab Five have given puppies makeovers, and Antoni loses his mind when he sees the corgis.

2 “Silver Lining Sweeney” (S5 E7)

The Fab Five help a mother who wants nothing more than to take care of her family, including her ill husband. The group teaches her how to delegate responsibilities to her older kids so she can have a break and take care of herself.

Antoni is happy to share his Polish culture with her and shows her how to make latkes, or potato pancakes, and it’s so enjoyable to watch him be truly excited and proud of his culture and show that happiness through food.

1 “Stoner Skates By” (S4 E3)

The Queer Eye group helps a single father after his daughter nominates him so he can try to get his life back on track. The highlight of this episode is when the usually reserved Antoni begins to freak out right when he enters the house and the camera hilariously doesn’t show what he sees for a few seconds.

Even Jonathan van Ness is shocked by his reaction as he can’t contain his excitement when he sees the hero of the week has a corgi, which no one told him about. He carries the puppy around, offers the puppy cheese slices, and is genuinely having the time of his life.
