With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, a beautiful Breath of the Wild inspired Silent Princess terrarium has graced the internet, and it is the perfect gift for any Zelda fan. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild launched almost four years ago. On its debut, Nintendo’s breath-taking open world title received praise for its nonlinear gameplay, its game design, and its music. The title went on to receive the Game of the Year award at 2017’s The Game Awards, as well as countless other fan and critic accolades.

This year The Legend of Zelda series turns 35. While news on Breath of the Wild’s sequel has been more than a little on the light side, rumors and leaks have been plentiful, with many hoping for an announcement from Nintendo about the game’s progress soon, to tie in with the franchise’s anniversary.

Even though there has not been any more official news on the sequel, Breath of the Wild itself is still generating a huge amount of pleasure for its fans, and not always just in relation to its replay value. One romantic artist has taken inspiration from Breath of the Wild’s flora and recreated the rare Silent Princess flower as a real-life terrarium. thatfrienddodo shred their creation on reddit, saying that they made the beautiful dedication as a Valentine’s Day gift for their partner, who is a big fan of the game. Thanks to some cork, moss, rocks, hot glue, and a lot of skill, the final result is enough to steal the heart of any Zelda fan.

Currently this Breath of the Wild Silent Princess terrarium is one-of-a-kind. However, the artist has hinted that they may well make a video showing exactly how they recreated the delicate and rare flower in the future. For now, though, they want to keep it as a unique gift for their beloved this Valentine’s Day.

This is not the only romantic Breath of the Wild dedication to come out over the last 12 months. One fan used the extensive terraforming mechanics in Animal Crossing New Horizons to recreate the Lover’s Pond side quest on their AC island. Complete with Gerudo and Hylian styled players standing in, the results of this homage were beyond adorable.

Hopefully over the next few weeks, Zelda fans will finally hear more about what Nintendo has in store for its 35th anniversary. Nintendo is currently dominating the charts, with Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe sitting at the top of UK sales. There is no doubt that, should the sequel to Breath of the Wild be released as part of the franchise’s celebrations, it would easily become one of the most coveted new titles out there, and another sales success for Nintendo.
