Real Housewives Of Atlanta: All The Plastic Surgery The Cast Had Done

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is in its 13th season and has a cast of new and returning faces. Fans of the show have watched all the cast switch-ups and housewives glow-ups over the years. Since the early days of the franchise, many ladies on the show have been either forthcoming or tight-lipped over the nips and tucks they had done to enhance their appearance. Here’s everything we know about the Georgia peach holders who have gone under the knife throughout the show’s history.

Season one of the long-running franchise premiered back in 2007. Among the OG housewives included NeNe Leakes, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, and Sheree Whitfield. The three ladies would remain on the show together for the first four seasons. During their time together, NeNe and Kim were among the first housewives to fuel plastic surgery rumors. The two outspoken OGs have been pretty transparent about the work they’ve had done. Since then, other housewives have come on and off the show while showing off their evolving looks. Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams, Cynthia Bailey, and more have all been accused of getting some type of cosmetic enhancement. While a few Atlanta housewives have owned up to their plastic surgery, others have remained adamant that they’re all-natural.

NeNe Leakes

NeNe has probably had some of the most visible look evolutions on the show. From season one to season five, NeNe’s hair, nose, and facial structure appeared to change right in front of viewers’ faces. In season three, she even got a tummy tuck done on the show. During an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show last year, she dished on the work she’s has done and expressed her excitement to get more work done. The Bravo star has admitted to getting multiple nose jobs as well as liposuction, and breast augmentation. She also admitted to getting veneers on her teeth and fillers in her face. “I’d do my boobs again,” she admitted to Wendy as noted by Hollywood Life. “I’d keep my implants and just move my tissue around.” She also confessed to wanting another “tweak” on her nose due to rumors she heard about it changing as people grow older. When it comes to the plastic surgery the Swagg Boutique owner would never get, “no facelift, that’s too much,” she declared.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann

Kim appeared in the first five seasons of RHOA before moving on to her spin-off show Don’t Be Tardy. The mother of six made a complete facial transformation during her time as a housewife. She always admitted to her love for wigs and even had a fat-melting laser procedure done on camera in season three. But, fans also noticed changes to her lips, breasts, and facial structure. In 2016 the Bravo star owned up to all of the plastic surgery she had done. “We all know that I wear a wig, although I have amazing hair,” she told ET.  “I’ve done my lips” in addition to “getting Botox since I was young.” She went on to share that the reason she gets Botox is due to her migraines. She also fessed up to having breast implants and getting a tummy tuck while also fixing her hernia. At the time of the interview, the OG housewife also shared the skin tightening treatment she had just gotten done. But, one thing she’s never had done that fans think she has….a nose job. “I get the nose because my mom’s side has really cute noses,” she said.

Sheree Whitfield

Sheree appeared in the first four seasons of RHOA before leaving and returning in season eight and 10. While she has never admitted to getting any work done, she is rumored to have gotten a nose job, among other enhancements. Back in 2009, her publicized child support battle with her ex-husband Bob Whitfield turned ugly. He did a radio interview at the time where he claimed to have paid for multiple plastic surgeries Sheree had done over the years. “She didn’t have that nose, I put that nose on her,” he exclaimed, Reality Tea reports. “She didn’t have them breasts, I put them breasts on her.” In 2012, NeNe threw shade at her long-time frenemy and tweeted out a pic saying that she remembers Sheree’s “old nose.”

Kandi Burruss

Kandi Burruss has been a full-time housewife since season two. Fans have watched her style evolutions over the years, but she’s never owned up to having any work done. Earlier this year she appeared on her husband’s YouTube channel where she finally owed up to all of the cosmetic work she’s had done. “I’ve had lipo. I’ve had a boob job,” she shared before admitting she felt more pressure to get lipo after her first season on the show. “Going into season 3, I had a little lipo before that.” She proudly denied ever getting anything done to her butt. She admitted to getting her breast augmentation after season two.

Cynthia Bailey

After years of denying getting work done, Cynthia finally fessed up in 2019. In addition to getting regular Hyaluronate injections to correct the dark circles under her eyes, the former supermodel also admitted to getting her breast done along with a vaginal rejuvenation treatment. In fact, she underwent the vaginal procedure while the RHOA cameras were rolling, since it was a gift from Kenya Moore.

Kenya Moore

Kenya has appeared as a full-time housewife since season five. She’s another veteran on the show who has never admitted to getting any plastic surgery. She even denies the use of hair extensions despite the wig Tanya Sam infamously returned to her in season 12. In April 2020, fans came together to call Kenya out for never owning up to the work they believe she’s had done. After sharing a throwback photo of her old photo I.D. fans questioned why her eye color was listed as “brown” and not the hazel eyes she claims to have on the show. Fans also commented on how differently her nose appeared in the photo as compared to the one she has now. However, in true Kenya fashion, she decided to not respond to the shady questions.

Porsha Williams

Porsha has probably had the least work done on the show. In 2019 she proudly celebrated her breast augmentation. Fans of the show can remember her debuting her new chest following her divorce from Cordell Stewart in season six.
