While fans all have their favorite cast members on Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise, it’s the villains who are the reason why people watch season after season. They’re often the focus of a season-long storyline that pits them as the “bad guy” and they may or may not have a few friends during this time.

It’s interesting to learn how people are cast on this reality franchise as everyone has a bold personality and is responsible for some dramatic moments. Each city has some villains who totally steal the show, and it’s fun to think about the MBTI® of some of the most popular antagonists.

10 ESFJ: Danielle Staub (RHONJ)

Danielle Staub was a “friend” for several seasons on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and she was always one to stir up trouble.

Despite her villain status and the awful things she has said on the show, Danielle is loyal to the people she keeps close. On the most recent season of RHONJ, she was tight with Teresa and although they had a horrible fight at the end, she truly cares about her and wants to support her. That makes Danielle an ESFJ or “The Supportive Contributor.” When she’s friends with someone, she wants them to be happy. ESFJs are also all about family and Danielle has always cared about her two daughters.

9 ENTJ: Brandi Glanville (RHOBH)

Brandi Glanville returned to the most recent season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and stirred up a lot of drama, as she claimed that she and Denise hooked up.

Brandi is incredibly extroverted and her MBTI® would be “The Decisive Strategist.” These types like goals and they’ve also got leadership qualities. When solving a problem or thinking about the future, they’re logical and no-nonsense. That sounds like how Brandi approached the situation with Denise, as she calmly talked about it on the show and shared her side of the story.

8 INTJ: Camille Grammar (RHOBH)

Camille Grammar was a villain at the beginning of RHOBH as she and Kyle Richards just couldn’t get along. Everyone remembers Kyle calling her a liar. In more recent seasons, Camille has been known to chat behind people’s backs.

Someone who is an INTJ or “The Conceptual Planner” can see themselves in Camille, as she sounds like this type. When these personality types become overwhelmed, it’s usually because they feel like things are falling apart. Camille often seems stressed when her life is out of control, whether her house is destroyed in a fire or she’s going through a divorce. These types can also value their privacy, and since Camille has been considered a “friend,” it makes sense that she would seem a bit separate from the others.

7 ISFP: Kyle Richards (RHOBH)

Kyle Richards has been called a “villain” for being rude to other cast members and it’s tough to watch her fight with people, as she’s a kind wife and mother who some fans like a lot.

While she has her moments of being mean to others, Kyle is an ISFP or “The Versatile Supporter.” At her core, she’s a loyal friend and is there for people. She’s more introverted than not, and just like ISFPs, Kyle will try to get friends who are fighting to reunite and talk to one another again. She’s confident, but she’s not one to brag about her accomplishments.

6 ISTJ: Denise Richards (RHOBH)

Denise Richards had a difficult season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills recently, thanks to another Real Housewives villain (Brandi, of course), and her place on the series has been complicated.

Some fans sympathize with Denise and think Brandi’s story isn’t true. Others believe Brandi and think Denise should be honest. Either way, her MBTI® would be ISTJ, or “The Responsible Realist.” When she does speak to the others, Denise is logical and when she doesn’t like what’s going on, her stubborn personality comes out.

5 ENFP: Kenya Moore (RHOA)

Kenya Moore on The Real Housewives of Atlanta has been considered a villain for a while, as she often fights with NeNe Leakes and isn’t afraid to say what she thinks. NeNe often talks about Kenya in the media and even said that Kenya “will be the demise of the show” if she quit and Kenya stayed on. NeNe has also said that Kenya’s attitude is “nasty.”

Someone who is an ENFP or “The Imaginative Motivator” will relate to Kenya. These types like trying new things and Kenya has had a long career. She became a model at a young age and she has written a book, created a workout video, and acted in some TV shows.

4 ESTP: Kelly Dodd (RHOC)

Some people say RHOC’s bad ratings are because of Kelly, and Kelly Dodd is definitely upset about that. Fans of this Real Housewives city know that she sometimes says the wrong thing.

Kelly is an ESTP or “The Energetic Problem-Solver.” These personality types are fun-loving and up for anything, and Kelly is someone who the other cast members can party with.  She definitely fixes issues, although in many cases it’s about something insignificant, like buying alcohol before Braunwyn’s vow renewal because there would be no tequila at the party.

3 INFP: Kelly Bensimon (RHONY)

The RHONY episode “Scary Island” is the stuff of legends and it was all about Kelly Bensimon, who became very upset and started making confusing statements.

Anyone who is an INFP or “The Thoughtful Idealist” will relate to Kelly. She’s not conventional nor is she super comfortable in a big group of people. These personality types aren’t going to be spilling all their secrets with others as they like staying out of the spotlight, and that might explain why Kelly was always awkward when she was in the group of cast members on RHONY.

2 ESTJ: Lisa Vanderpump (RHOBH)

Lisa Vanderpump said some iconic quotes during her time on RHOBH and LVP sounds like an ESTJ.

This personality type, called “The Efficient Organizer,” is comfortable getting people to listen to them and they enjoy hard work and being productive. Lisa has proven that she’s an amazing businesswoman over the years, as she runs several restaurants and started Vanderpump Dog Foundation to help a cause that she’s passionate about. ESTJs like being busy and they don’t like when people are disloyal, which sounds like Lisa.

1 ENFJ: LeeAnne Locken (RHOD)

LeeAnne Locken often does the wrong thing and she’s a difficult cast member for fans to like.

This Real Housewives of Dallas villain is an ENFJ or “The Compassionate Facilitator.” While she doesn’t get along with the other cast members, she’s a major player in the charity scene in Dallas, and she cares a lot about different causes. This personality type has leadership qualities and they don’t like fighting with others, which is true of LeeAnne, as it’s clear that her fights on the show upset her.
