The world of Red Dead Redemption 2 is full of a wide variety of plants for players to collect and use in crafting recipes. Among these plants are several types of berries: blackberries, evergreen huckleberries, wintergreen berries, and raspberries. Much like the rest of RDR2‘s realistic and immersive world, certain types of fruit are only found in some areas of the map. Luckily, raspberries are located in a multitude of places.

Raspberries have several helpful uses, such as replenishing Arthur’s Health Core, which ensures his health meter drains less quickly. Since raspberries are relatively easy to find, they are a great way to keep Arthur’s health up throughout his adventures. The berries can also be used to craft Potent Predator Bait, which players will need to attract higher quality game or hunt RDR2‘s legendary animals. Players have more than enough locations to harvest the berries, especially in the vast, grassy plains of the game.

Raspberries are the most common berry to find, and players are likely to encounter them first in the game’s story. While progressing through the main missions, players are bound to come across a raspberry bush soon after the gang’s move to Horseshoe Overlook. Given that the gang arrives in New Hanover so early in the game, Arthur doesn’t have to travel far to find the red berries. There are several locations close to the camp that grow raspberries that can be quickly harvested while on the way to a more pressing task or mission.

Raspberry Locations in Red Dead Redemption 2

Raspberries are fairly easy to find in several regions of Red Dead Redemption 2, as noted by their compendium description. They grow on the largest bushes of all the berries so that players can spot them easily in the wild. New Hanover has raspberries aplenty, where they can be found by Citadel Rock southeast of Valentine or along Twin Stack Pass northeast of Horseshoe Overlook Camp. More can be harvested northeast of Flatneck Station on the way to Bard’s Crossing.

The Heartlands of New Hanover is home to a multitude of raspberry bush nodes. Players can try near the border to Lemoyne southwest of Emerald Ranch. They may also search for the berries further down RDR2‘s detailed map, near the edge of Flat Iron Lake and just west of the Lemoyne border. In Lemoyne itself, the southern parts of Scarlett Meadows are another fruitful place to look. Of course, Arthur can always use his Eagle Eye ability to highlight harvestable plants nearby to make things a little easier.
