Finest Fish is a valuable cooking item in Resident Evil Village. This guide will show players how they can find it the easy way. Resident Evil Village is all about using what you find out in the open to your advantage. As a survival-horror title, the player will come across limited resources that they will need to squeeze every use out of. With that being said, players can now cook unique dishes using the cooking materials they find out in the open. These dishes can be used for special stat boosts or permanent upgrades for Ethan Winters. This guide will show players where they can find the Finest Fish in Resident Evil Village.

The reason players will want the Finest Fish is because of what it is used for. Players will be able to create the Sarmale de Peste dish the will increase Ethan’s movement speed permanently. This is extremely useful for getting out of tough situations and all players should do what they can to create this dish. Most games only allow for dishes to provide a temporary stat boost but this one is something special. The Finest Fish only spawns in a single location in the game. This guide will show players where they can find it.

Where To Find The Finest Fish in Resident Evil Village

For starters, players will need to have unlocked the Duke’s Kitchen at this point. The player will also need to collect the crank from the swamp and have defeated Moreau. Players will need to take the Lone Road that is nearby the Alter. Walk down this path and turn right to reach the bridge. Now the player will need to use the crank to lower the bridge and enter the boat. Go down the river on the boat towards the south and get off the boat when you approach the woods. Enter the woods and take the path on the left. There will be a small pond with a group of fish here. Normal fish will spawn in this location but the Finest Fish will also appear. Use your knife or the pistol to take it out and collect it.

Players can then head back to the Duke and use the Finest Fish to create the movement dish. Players will also need 6 normal fish to create this dish but those are much easier to collect. Increased movement speed will be a game-changer in Resident Evil Village.
