Resident Evil Village’s Tall Lady Isn’t The Tallest RE Villain

The tall lady from Resident Evil Village has captured the attention (and adoration) of a lot of fans around the globe. Lady Dimitrescu will be one of the main antagonists in RE8, but very little else is known about her – except for her actual height. People have marveled at how tall she is, but Lady Dimitrescu actually isn’t the tallest Resident Evil villain.

Prior to a demo releasing on PS5, Lady Dimitrescu was a mysterious and tall woman featured in promotional trailers and screenshots for Resident Evil Village. Fans speculated on her height and tried to calculate it themselves, with some estimations putting her at around 7 feet tall. Earlier in the week, Capcom officially revealed just how tall Lady Dimitrescu is, and she’s actually quite a bit taller than most people realized.

Lady Dimitrescu is 9 feet, 6 inches tall, or about 2.9 meters, making her taller than the tallest recorded person in the world. Since the reveal, fans and companies have been making all sorts of memes and other content about her height. Twitter Gaming even compared Lady Dimitrescu’s height to Legendary Pokémon. All of this, of course, is meant to poke fun at just how tall RE8‘s tall lady actually is. However, thanks to one Reddit user, fans now know that Lady Dimitrescu isn’t the tallest villain in the Resident Evil franchise.

Who Resident Evil’s Tallest Villain Is

Thanks to user 07PandorasBox on Reddit, who posted a chart of Resident Evil‘s villains’ heights, fans can now see that Lady Dimitrescu isn’t the tallest baddie in the series. Thanatos from Resident Evil: Outbreak is almost three feet taller at 12′, and the 013 Tyrant from Resident Evil: Damnation is a whopping 14′ 1″ tall. However, that still puts Lady Dimitrescu well above Nemesis from Resident Evil 3, who’s shown at an even 8′ tall.

It’s pretty interesting to see Lady Dimitrescu’s height compared to other villains in the Resident Evil series. While companies compare Lady Dimitrescu to Master Chief from Halo and Legendary Pokémon, almost no one has taken the time to show how she stacks up against other RE bad guys, so 07PandorasBox’s chart is really nice.

Until Resident Evil Village officially releases in May, Lady Dimitrescu will likely mostly remain a mystery. Still, fans know her true height now. And thanks to this chart, they can also see how Lady Dimitrescu compares to other villains in the Resident Evil series as well.
