Porsha Williams made her debut on Real Housewives of Atlanta in season 5, as Porsha Stewart, and we’ve got the lowdown on all of the plastic surgery that she’s had done. On the show, at first, she was a conservative wife to former NFL player Kordell Stewart. Porsha Stewart was different from the Porsha Williams that fans know today. She took her role as a wife seriously by wearing modest clothes and refusing to go into a strip club with the rest of her castmates. She didn’t go because she feared that Kordell would disapprove. Porsha was a self-described “proud black trophy wife.” After her messy divorce, she blossomed mentally and physically.

In season 6, the once-modest Porsha, who is a successful businesswoman, began to break out of her shell and regain some independence. The new divorcée reclaimed her maiden name of Williams, switched up her style, and tweaked her look. During The Real Housewives Of Atlanta season 6 reunion, Porsha arrived in a revealing dress. She was showing off her new assets. Host Andy Cohen commented, “Something looks different about you.” Porsha responded, “You like them?” The conversation ended there, as she was kicked out of the reunion due to a heated exchange with castmate Kenya Moore.

Initially, Porsha did not tell the world about her new surgical procedure, but she never denied it. She introduced her two new assets in an interview with OK! magazine, and named them Coco and Chanel. In 2019, she told Glamour that she always wanted to get a breast augmentation. It was something she wanted to do for herself, to give her “athletic build” a “more feminine touch.”

While many celebrities who get work done prefer to keep it quiet, Porsha, like some other RHOA castmates, has no problem telling the world about her surgical procedures. In 2016, she had a non-surgical nose job, which is known as a liquid rhinoplasty. She posted a video of the procedure on her Instagram, thanking Dr. Simon Ourian for her “beautiful new nose.” The 15-minute procedure may cost up to $4,900. It is performed by injecting hyaluronic acid filler into the bridge of the nose to enhance its shape.

Along with breast implants and a nose job, Porsha admitted to getting Botox but says that she only got it once. While she liked the results, she chose to stop, as her face was literally not moving when she was filming her show, Dish Nation. She told US Magazine, “I’m sitting on the tv, I’m sitting on camera, and they’re telling me to make an expression and my face would not move, so just because of my job I couldn’t do it, but I loved it by the way.”

Once Porsha’s physical enhancements became a topic of conversation, questions about her derriere started to arise. When Porsha, who has a book coming out, appeared on Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked a question that fans had also been asking. He asked if she had any work done on her butt. In true Porsha Williams fashion, she responded by telling the world that her behind was all-natural. She also showed that it was all-natural. She stood up, flaunted her backside, and twerked a little to prove it was real. She called it, “Georgia meat.”

After the birth of her daughter Pilar Jhena in April 2019, Porsha opened up about her postpartum body. In a lengthy post on her Instagram in August of 2019, the Real Housewife star shared a message about how the “snap back” culture has “put pressure on moms who end up feeling insecure about what their body is naturally doing and looks like.” She started working out a year-and-a-half after her daughter’s birth.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star looks great. How she maintains her looks is her choice. For Porsha, plastic surgery has been empowering. While she was a little coy at first, she’s happy to share information about her plastic surgery. She’s not trying to pretend that all of her assets are all-natural. Fans appreciate her honesty.
