Cynthia Bailey is the only star to have two weddings aired on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. After sharing her marriage and divorce with Peter Thomas, cameras captured the love she created with Mike Hill leading up to their wedding last October. Here’s a look back at the model’s dating history on and off the show.

Since her first appearance in season three, Cynthia has been transparent about her home life. At the time, she was wedding planning with ex-husband Peter Thomas while raising her daughter, Noelle Robinson. The odd, but most pleasurable thing to see, was Cynthia’s extremely amicable co-parenting relationship with her ex, actor Leon Robinson. The two dated in the early 90s when Cynthia was working as a young supermodel and Leon was a familiar face with starring roles in popular films like Cool Runnings, The Five Heartbeats, and Above The Rim. Though their romance didn’t last, together they created a lifelong bond through the birth of daughter Noelle.

Leon has made frequent guest appearances on the show due to his love and devotion to their daughter. He even spends the night and has stayed with Cynthia a few days just to spend more time with Noelle. Whether Cynthia was married to Peter or Mike, Leon has been there and has supported her marriages. Cynthia and Peter were married six years following their 2010 wedding inside of a museum. The show followed the tension that led to their 2016 divorce. Between Peter’s failed businesses, his use of Cynthia’s money on the failed businesses, and his flirty behavior with other women, Cynthia made the tough decision to call it quits. “I love Cynthia,” Peter told Uptown Magazine, as captured by Essence. “I have never cheated on her. She knows this. I have never taken any money from Cynthia. She knows this. I have never done anything, but love and defend my wife. She knows this too.

Cynthia took a classy approach to the breakup and refused to bad-mouth her ex. “Regardless of if we were on the show or not, our issues would have happened anyway because it’s just personalities and it’s just chemistry and it’s also compatibility,” Bailey told E! News. “I am optimistic that in the end, after we take some time, we are going to be friends at the end of this because that was the start.” Their friendship didn’t exactly last. Cynthia launched a lawsuit against Peter last year over money she claims he owes her from a business that never opened, which he started during their marriage

Since their split, Cynthia found love again in Mike Hill. The show recently shared their pandemic wedding the pair held last October. Many fans have high hopes for Cynthia and Mike. It’s the second marriage for both of them and they have already shared the work they put into bringing their blended families together. Hopefully, the cameras won’t capture anymore divorces for Cynthia.
