RHOBH: All The Signs That Erika Knew About Tom’s Legal Woes

After recently teasing her legal woes on the show, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans are thinking that Erika Girardi was well aware of her ex-husband Tom Girardi’s charges. It was during a game of two truths and a lie when Erika appeared to want to open up about the legal drama plaguing her behind the scenes. While Erika plays coy, some viewers are starting to call her bluff.

We are now a few episodes in, and Erika Girardi hasn’t said a word about the embezzlement and fraud charges against her estranged ex-husband Tom Girardi. She’s also remained mum about the status of her marriage despite filing for divorce during filming. It was around the time that she filed for divorce, when more news came out about all the money and wire fraud charges surrounding her attorney husband. While Erika has hurled cheating allegations against him on social media, many think that she is saving face to avoid having to pay up in the embezzlement lawsuit she’s been named in.

A recent Instagram post (seen below) from the @bravobonecollector account shared claims of what Erika Girard was allegedly dealing with behind the scenes while filming the most recent episodes of RHOBH. “Where were you on October 22, 2020?” the caption read. It included a series of photos that claimed that the “XXXPen$ive” singer was served papers in May 2020 – months before the Lake Tahoe trip. If the leaked legal documents turn out to be real, it could also mean that Erika was well aware of Tom’s impending legal doom while filming the season 10 reunion.

The post ended with a recap of the two facts and an alleged lie that Erika shared during the trip. “I wore a wire and was a witness in a government case. I am adopted and I used to work for the mafia,” Erika told the group. After Dorit Kemsley assumed that Erika wasn’t adopted, she admitted: “I am adopted. My stepfather adopted me. But my mom is my mom.” Erika then cryptically told the ladies that she would admit which of her other two statements is also a truth, but only in private.

The RHOBH fans took to the comments to share all of the hints that Erika might have been dropping over the last year. “This makes so much more sense now,” one person said. “I remember thinking during the reunion that she seemed a little desperate to keep that diamond.” Others praised the fan page for doing such investigative work. It looks like viewers are waiting for Erika to open up and spill the beans on her life during an upcoming episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
