Avid The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans are wondering exactly how Erika Jayne spent the $25 million that was allegedly sent to her via EJ Global LLC. The housewife and the hustler have been in the news non-stop since they announced their divorce back in November. Almost every day, there is something new to disclose about Erika and her ex, Tom Girardi.

Since The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 started, Erika from RHOBH has been portraying herself as a housewife who knew nothing about Tom’s legal issues. The famed lawyer Tom had been accused of embezzling money from the families of victims he was meant to represent. During the last few episodes, fans have learned that Erika was not aware that Tom owned a home in La Quinta and that he was still calling her on a daily basis. However, her co-stars and fans have noted that some of her stories just don’t add up. Now, she is being forced to defend herself as the women slowly turn against her.

The lawyers who are acting as trustees as they watch over the Girardi Keese bankruptcy alleged that Erika’s company spent $25 million according to her American Express bill, as per Page Six. The charges were towards assistants and her famous glam squad. On Thursday of last week, a letter was sent to RHOBH‘s Erika’s representation and alleged that funds were transferred from Tom’s law firm to Erika’s LLC. As Sutton Stracke pointed out in the latest episode, Erika is the sole owner of the company.

The letter states, “Mrs. Girardi signed under penalty of perjury the return and personally approved the charges allocated to thebreakdown.” A source close to the issue revealed that the letter would be filed as part of an amended complaint in the proceedings. The lawyers also revealed that from 2008 to 2020, over $14 million was charged to her American Express. Another expense includes $1,532,744.88 to McDonald Selznick Associates Agency, which is a firm dedicated to representing dancers.  On top of that, another  $1,417,587.50 went to miscellaneous purchases.

It was also alleged that glam Erika from RHOBH‘s LLC gave $102,596.77 to Kim Kardashian’s former assistant, Stephanie Shepherd Suganami. Some impressive outlets were also given money. E5 Global Media received $8,480, and the Los Angeles Times Magazine was paid $10,400. The 50-year-old also appeared to pay different PR companies big bucks. One of the lawyers, Ronald Richards, told the outlet that Erika from RHOBH owed Girardi Keese over $25 million for her purchases.

Erika is taking it one day at a time on the current season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She surprisingly stayed eerily calm while Sutton was giving her the third degree over Christmas dinner at Kyle Richards’ home. While all of the women agreed that they needed answers, only Sutton and Garcelle Beauvais spoke out. As Erika’s story begins to unravel, fans are wondering what else could possibly be unearthed.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
