RHOBH: Kathy Hilton Possibly Planning Hostile Takeover Of Show

Rumors about the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have been rampant, and the latest to emerge is that Kathy Hilton is planning a hostile takeover of the show. Hilton, who joined the cast as a “friend” for season 11, has been involved in shooting for season 12, including the already infamous group trip to Aspen. Her addition to the cast brought some much needed levity in light of Erika Jayne’s downer of a storyline last year. The socialite’s quirky sense of humor and out-of-touch behavior kept her cast mates endlessly entertained during a season in which they faced race-related issues and the pandemic.

A source close to the situation reportedly told Radar Online that even though Hilton may have appeared a bit ditzy on the show, she knows what she’s doing and she has plans to take over the show by having her friends installed on the cast. “The show is a game of numbers,” said the insider. “If you can control the most of  the cast members you will win” The source noted,  “There has been no-one in the history of the franchise who has referred more people to the casting people than Kathy Hilton.”

Some members of the cast have given hints regarding the dramatic nature of the upcoming season, and with Hilton rumored to be at the center of the Aspen debacle, she may be trying to get some of her real-life allies cast on the show so that she can have more control. “Currently Kathy is interviewing all her close friends and working with them to make sure they get cast on the show. Kathy knows exactly what the producers are looking for and as the mother who created Paris Hilton, she knows how to make someone into a star. Her plan is to pack the show with close friends who will be loyal to her.”
