RHOBH: Tom Girardi Claims Erika Jayne Knew About His Legal Issues

Tom Girardi is breaking his silence about what he feels Erika Jayne from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actually knew regarding his legal troubles. Bravo fans have been keeping up to date with Tom’s legal issues after he was accused of embezzling money from the victims of Lion Air Flight 610. Erika has always denied any knowledge of his wrongdoings, but now doubt is starting to shadow over her story.

Tom was accused of embezzling over $2 million from the orphans and widows in the plane crash in order to pay for his and Erika’s luxurious lifestyle. Trustees charged with investigating the Girardi & Keese firm found documents that alleged the firm sent $25 million to Erika’s LLC, EJ Global. They also found that $14 million was spent on an American Express card. The balance showed Erika used the funds for glam consultations, miscellaneous items, and time in the studio. The “Roller Coaster” singer has denied spending the money and claimed everything Tom gave her was considered a gift. The disgraced lawyer is more than ready to speak out about his soon-to-be ex-wife, Erika.

According to Page Six, Tom has claimed that Erika likely knew about his legal trouble. Tom made it very clear in a statement that he would be implicating his wife. The outlet shared that paparazzi caught the 82-year-old leaving a Hollywood restaurant and asked the elusive question, “Did Erika know?” Tom, who looked aged, took a long pause then answered, “I think she does.”

The former lawyer gave a thumbs up to the crowd before leaving his two-hour lunch. Tom’s admission could do a lot of damage to Erika’s legal case as the 50-year-old has denied any involvement and has been keeping her mouth shut. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been accused of a sham divorce after revealing the couple separated on election day. They were married for 21 years, and now Tom’s claims contradict what Erika has been saying all along, that she had no idea he stole millions of dollars from clients.

Most of Erika’s former co-stars and fellow Real Housewives have jumped on the bandwagon and accused her of knowing inside information. According to Page Six and Us Weekly, housewives Camille Grammer and Bethenny Frankel have both shared that they had heard rumors of Tom’s legal issues and mismanagement of money, noting it was the worst kept secret. Erika was just spotted out on the town in Las Vegas, but upon her return, she ignored questions about Tom’s comments and kept on walking to her car.
