The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Lisa Rinna has revealed that she feels “muzzled” after the network, QVC has threatened to fire her for her political stance. Lisa finds it unfair that she could lose her connections with the network for standing up against injustices in the world.
Lisa Rinna was best known for her role as Billie Reed on NBC’s Day’s of Our Lives, on which she received national recognition, and Melrose Place before starring on the Real Housewives franchise. The mother of two is no stranger to drama and thrives in it. While the other women continuously argue, Rinna enjoys watching from the sidelines until she finds the right moment to interject. During last season fans were given a sneak peek of Rinna’s clothing line on QVC where she held a 24-hour selling marathon on the network. The actress looked right at home while she upsold her products. The network and reality star looked as if they had the perfect working relationship. Rinna and QVC have worked together since 2012
Things have changed recently. The reality star has since reported that she felt that QVC is trying to silence her political views by threatening to cut ties with her. The Bravo personality has claimed that she was being “muzzled” because of her beliefs. Rinna took to her social media to let her followers know that she has “Karen’s” calling QVC demanding for her firing. The actress reported that it looked like she could not use her platform to inform or question how she felt politically. The housewife went on to explain that it was a shame she was quieted in order to support her family. The mother of two still used her platform to urge her followers to vote. The Beverly Hills star has openly supported the LGBTQ+ community and the Black Lives Matter movement via her social media. While also posting memes to call attention to global warming, women’s rights, and immigration within the United States. Rinna mentioned in her story that she will never “shut up ever.”
Rina has a strong support system within her fans and feels the haters are just trying to cause issues. Many Bravo viewers have encouraged the star to keep speaking her truth while continuing to hold her head up high.
