The Real Houseiwves of Miami is back and fans aren’t too happy about Adriana De Moura’s demotion from full-time to part-time housewife. Adriana joined the original cast of RHOM in 2011 for its first season. At the time, she was engaged to her long-time love Frederic Marq, who she later married at the end of season 3. She was also solely taking care of her son Alex, who was a young child at the time.

During her time on the first three seasons of RHOM, Adriana was known as the Brazilian Bombshell of the Miami art scene. Adriana worked hard to find her place in the art world and was very successful in her career. However, when Adriana wasn’t working the art scene, she was hanging out with her RHOM friends. Adriana wasn’t afraid to get involved in some of the drama or even help stir the pot when she was filming. She was an icon during her tenure on the show, which is why fans don’t understand why she’s only a “friend of” in the rebooted RHOM series.

When the cast began filming RHOM season 4, fans assumed Adriana would be a part of the full-time cast. After the official cast was announced a few months ago, it’s safe to say fans were floored when Adriana didn’t make it to full-time. During the first three seasons of the former Bravo series, Adriana was the center of the series. Not only was she the only full-time OG prior to the reboot, but she knows all of the returning cast members. While they may not be friends, Adriana and season 1’s Larsa Pippen filmed together during the premiere season of the show. Judging by the RHOM season 4 trailer, she also stirs the pot with Larsa, despite only being a “friend of” of the cast.

Adriana is the epitome of what a Real Housewife should be. Despite the end of her marriage to Frederic, Adriana is still a quintessential Housewife. The Brazilian native is now navigating her new life as a single woman with a son, who is likely in his early 20s right now. Her storyline is one the viewers are interested in since she has gone through so many life changes. If Adriana were full-time, the show would have been a great way to show her fans what she has been up to for the past eight years. Even though Adriana will be featured in the reboot, fans know she deserves a better title for being such an iconic member of the series.

Overall, Adriana should have been a part of the main cast on The Real Housewives of Miami. Adriana has shown in the previous seasons that she deserves to be there, plus the fans love her too. Hopefully, producers realize Adriana is a staple in the Miami franchise and upgrade her for season 5.
