Melissa Gorga from The Real Housewives of New Jersey has decided to put her Toms River shore mansion up for sale. The house has been featured on numerous seasons of the hit Bravo show. There have even been plenty of fights that included her sister-in-law, Teresa Giudice. Melissa has always claimed she loved the house, so fans are curious to learn why she may be saying goodbye to it.

The Bravo stars have been fan favorites since their debut back in 2011. Their Bonnie and Clyde dynamic won over fans who could really see the love between the two. This past season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey saw the couple enter some turmoil after months of self-isolation. Bravo viewers were concerned a divorce may be in the future. Melissa has spoken openly about the couple’s issues. Luckily it looks like the Gorga’s may be back on track to reconciliation. Melissa and Joe Gorga seem to enjoy everything that comes with a move and are not new to the process. The couple recently sold their 2.5 million Montville mansion after living in it for 13 years and are now looking to unload their shore house.

Production wrapped on the 12th season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and fans will be sad to learn this may be the last time the newly renovated seven-bedroom, five-bathroom vacation property in Toms River is seen on the franchise. According to Weichert Realty, the home is back up for sale after Joe and Melissa completed their flip. The couple purchased the house in 2019 for $975,000 and will be selling it for a whopping $2.9 million. The listing shared that the property, which sits on two lots, is situated in the Windsor Park community of Toms River at the end of a cul de sac on the Barnegat Bay.

The house has panoramic views of the bay and a dock for a boat or jetski with a built-in boat lift, which has been shown on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. There is also an in-ground pool and a built-in bar outside for hosting. Inside, there are wood floors with a very modern touch to the light fixtures. There is also crown molding, two-story ceilings, and a large kitchen island for entertaining. Melissa’s Jersey shore house proves that you only live once,  but living in her new home, once may be more than enough.

The newest season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey has not been given a premiere date as of yet. But there will be some new faces mixed in with the old. It has already been reported that Teresa is on the outs with Margaret Josephs and is refusing to speak with her. Teresa alleged that Margaret spread rumors about Louis Ruelas. New Jersey fans think it could be karma coming for Teresa after her part in last season’s rumors with Jackie Goldschneider. Whatever happens this season, one thing is for sure: Melissa will throw one epic goodbye party to her shore home, and cameras will be there to capture it all.
