Sonja Morgan of Real Housewives of New York is quite private when it comes to her daughter, Quincy Adams Morgan. However, there is still a lot to learn about this RHONY offspring.

Despite Sonja being on RHONY since season 3 in 2010, her daughter has never appeared on camera. She says that Quincy has never seen an episode of the show either. Quincy is Sonja’s only child. Her father is John Adams Morgan, one of the five sons of Henry S. Morgan, whose grandfather founded J.P. Morgan. The Morgan family are also descendants of U.S. Presidents John Adams and John Quincy Adams. Sonja Morgan married John Adams Morgan in 1998, but they divorced in 2006. John has two other children from different marriages, who are Quincy’s stepbrothers, John Adams Morgan Jr., and Chauncey Goss Morgan. Both men are much older than Quincy, who was born in October 2000 and is now 19. Her father is currently married to his fifth wife, Connie H. Morgan.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

Quincy attended The Taft School in Connecticut for high school where she was a boarding student. Sonja from RHONY revealed in an interview with Bravo in 2017 that Quincy was very dedicated to her schoolwork and earned straight A’s in high school. She later said that Quincy also got a near-perfect score on the SATs. Quincy has also been approached about doing modeling work, but Sonja said that they decided she should focus on getting into a good college first. In August 2019, Sonja shared videos on Instagram of her and her sister helping Quincy move into her college dorm, as reported by Heavy. Quincy currently attends the University of Pennsylvania. Although Sonja shared some humorous moments from moving Quincy into her dorm on Instagram, Quincy did not appear in any of the videos. As of 2017, Sonja said she wasn’t sure what career Quincy would choose, but that the RHONY daughter was interested in fashion, legal work, and architecture.

On August 25th this year, Sonja shared that she was helping move Quincy into her first apartment, as reported by Bravo. She posted on Instagram showing Quincy walking towards a moving truck and claiming that Quincy had enough stuff for a whole house. Sonja currently lives in her townhouse in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, where she recently moved after living in an apartment in Columbus Circle.

As to whether Quincy would ever make an appearance on RHONY, Sonja said in an interview with Reality Blurbthat it was possible once she got older. “I think when she gets a little older and she graduates and has her own brand identification, she can exploit it,” Sonja said of Quincy. Sonja also noted that the decision to keep Quincy off of television also had to do with her Morgan connection. “I married into a very important American family,” said Sonja to Reality Blurb, “I honor the responsibility of raising my daughter into the legacy she was born into.”

With all of her famous relatives and intelligence, we can expect great things from Quincy. We’re hoping to learn more about the Real Housewives of New York daughter as she continues to grow up!
