Ramona Singer from The Real Housewives of New York City recently bought a new and glamorous NYC apartment. She decided to leave her old place after she divorced her ex-husband, Mario Singer. Also, her daughter Avery Singer had moved out on her own. Ramona no longer felt comfortable in her old apartment, as it reminded her of her life with Mario. After finding a fabulous Upper East Side apartment, Ramona knew it was time to start fresh in a new home.

Viewers first met Ramona, whom some fans find unrecognizable lately, during the first season of the Bravo series, while she was living in her first apartment with Mario and Avery. Shortly after, The Real Housewives of New York star Ramona filed for divorce from Mario. Then, she decided to renovate parts of her old apartment so her home would suit her lifestyle as a single woman. Despite the reno, Ramona eventually decided it was best to leave her family’s apartment behind. She was ready to start a new life in a brand new space.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

The 64-year-old recently did a tour with BravoTV, showing off her glamorous New York City apartment. Ramona began the tour by giving viewers a peek at the apartment’s living room. The reality star told the camera that she got the place mainly because of the amazing views. She also revealed that she is located on the “thirty-first floor, facing west.” Ramona, who has plans to join Douglas Elliman as a realtor, loved her last apartment, so she decided to recreate the same type of atmosphere in the new place. She even used the same furniture, including a fabulous blush pink rug. Ramona also placed her office space right in front of her enormous wraparound window, which faces “the mountains of New Jersey.” See the tour below:

She continued her home tour by showing a little bar area stocked with alcohol, as well as another small area filled with extra bottles of wine. Wine is Ramona Singer’s favorite drink. Her favorite item that she brought over from her last apartment was her grand mirror, which is now found in the foyer. Right before she leaves the house, Ramona checks herself out in the mirror, making sure that he looks good before she hits the city streets.

The spare bedroom is used as Avery’s room when her daughter stays over, but it is also used as Ramona’s makeup area. Uber-rich Ramona, who is estimated to have a net worth of $18 million, added a vanity that is perfect for storing all her makeup and jewelry. As for her master suite, Ramona has another large window that offers fantastic views of the Big Apple. Her bedroom is large enough to fit a queen-sized bed and includes a walk-in closet and master bathroom.

Ramona has been living her best life since she moved into her new Upper East Side apartment. Living in the new space is making it easier for her to create new memories without being reminded of the past. Ramona has become even more independent since she bought this apartment. The Real Housewives of New York celeb may still have Avery over once in a while, but overall, this home is just for Ramona.
