RHONY: Leah McSweeney Shows NEW Nose, See Before & After Photos

Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney took to Instagram recently to show off the results of her plastic surgery. She had two procedures done. See before and after pics of her rhinoplasty and septoplasty below!

Leah McSweeney is a newer member of RHONY. She joined this year and appeared in The Real Housewives of New York season 12. Leah was recommended to the producers by longtime cast member Bethenny Frankel. McSweeney has previously played up her New York housewife identity for her fashion brand, “Married to the Mob.” She founded the streetwear company in 2004, and the brand gained attention as one of the only streetwear brands “for women, by women.” Ever since joining RHONY last season, Leah has always been candid about her body. Previously, she admitted to having Botox and getting her lips done, and proudly exclaimed that she would do whatever procedure she wanted to do.

Fans first noticed McSweeney’s difference in appearance when she posted a picture of her bruised face to Instagram. The star said, “People are [direct messaging] me like crazy inquiring why I have black eyes and asking if I got a nose job, asking if I got beat up.” That’s when she opened up about where the bruises and bandage came from. She defended her decision, saying “I could not be happier. I’ve been wanting one for so freaking long and now I can also breathe, which is great.” Septoplasties deal with the bone cartilage of the nose and are often done on people with deviated septums. Her nose job is on the natural side, prompting one of her followers to comment on her new-nose selfie, “Is this pic after the nose job? Because it still looks the same…” to which McSweeney responded, “yes 3 weeks after. That’s exactly how it’s supposed to be lol.” McSweeney got brutally honest, telling her followers in an Instagram story, “And I’m just never going to be one of those bitches that pretends like it’s not work, it’s contour makeup because that’s f–king weird.” It’s unclear who that comment was directed to, though there are plenty of possibilities. RHONY is currently on hiatus and is set to start filming any day now. Although Tinsley Mortimer, Dorinda Medley, and Elyse Slaine have all announced they won’t be returning to RHONY, Leah confirmed that she’ll be back for RHONY season 13. In the meantime, McSweeney is busy raising her daughter Kier Marie, managing her clothing brand, and flaunting her new nose, all while breathing easier.
