The Real Housewives of Potomac season 6 taking the Bravo-verse by storm with its trademark drama and some fresh faces in the mix., which include Askale Davis. Along with new housewife Mia Thornton, viewers were recently introduced to Askale as a new “friend of” RHOP star Robyn Dixon. Askale immediately jumped right into the group at Ashley Darby’s Pamper Day. She even called out Karen Huger on rumors of Karen drinking too much. Overall, the fans are intrigued by this fearless newbie and are anxious to know more.

Askale Davis was described by Bravo as a “bubbly, fashionable mother of three with a proud Ethiopian heritage. She also goes by the name ‘Ethi-Oprah,’ but unlike her namesake, she likes to stir the pot.” Askale comes onto the scene helping Robyn with her hat line, Embellished. Askale snapped a picture with Robyn at last month’s all-cast premiere party in DC. Moreover, Askale captured the sweet moment on Instagram, writing: “I brought my parents with me last night because I really wanted them to understand that this was OUR celebration.”

Outside of appearing on The Real Housewives of Potomac, Askale Davis is married to Dre Davis, who is the director of talent and influencer relations for a company called Fanbase. Together, Askale and Dre have two young children, Jonas and Ava, as well as two children from Dre’s previous relationship. When it comes to their relationship, the couple celebrated their six-year anniversary in March 2021. Similar to RHOP star Gizelle Bryant, Askale also makes it a priority to provide a stable home for her children. Askale has over 16,000 followers on Instagram as of this writing. In her bio, she describes herself as a “believer, wife, mother, multifaceted.”

On Valentine’s Day, Askale Davis shared the post seen above on Instagram. She made reference to her work as a former educator and talked about the negative impacts that a “dysfunctional home” can have on young students. Askale wrote, “The stories I would hear about how they didn’t feel loved or wanted at home used to break my heart.” As such, Askale explained that she did her best to help those students, and that she applies these values to her own family as well.

It appears that Askale has all the makings of a great The Real Housewives of Potomac star: fashion, beauty, wealth, success, and, most importantly, honesty and openness. Time will tell if she has what it takes to become a permanent fixture in the group, or where she will rank amongst the franchise’s best “friends of.”
