RuPaul’s Drag Race star Katya Zamolodchikova has created an OnlyFans where she will explore an x-rated side of this drag persona. Drag Race has become a very family-friendly show over the course of many years. Still, the franchise never really left behind its queer edge, even if certain references had to be better censored in order to cater to a mainstream audience. In any case, drag performers like Katya have been able to find their place within the Drag Race universe while also staying true to their characters. At its core, Katya’s approach to drag has never been about fitting in with mainstream audiences.

Katya first competed on RuPaul’s Drag Race season 7, where she placed fifth. Given her massive success with the fans, Katya was awarded the title of Miss Congeniality of the season. In a way, the season 7 finale was heavily influenced by Katya… who was more prominently featured than the actual three finalists of season 7. A year later, Katya came back to the series for RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 2. She got to the very end on that season alongside Alaska, Detox, and Roxxxy Andrews. Alaska ended up taking the crown, and Katya finished in the runner-up position.

Now that RuPaul’s Drag Race is in the past, Katya has been working hard on a variety of projects, which include the UNHhhh talk show, the Netflix digital series I Like To Watch, and the Trixie and Katya’s Guide to Modern Womanhood book. This week, Katya announced yet another endeavor: she has officially joined OnlyFans. At its core, the OnlyFans platform offers a monthly subscription model for creators of digital content to capitalize on their audience. While it is true that this platform can be used by any content creator, it has been heavily populated by x-rated content from both amateur and professional adult performers. Katya describes her OnlyFans as a platform for her to explore “the erotic side of Katya Zamolodchikova.”

Katya’s fans will be charged $9.99 a month in order to access her OnlyFans page. For now, the page has a total of 10 posts, which includes pictures and videos. Her OnlyFans account was just launched, but it already has over 1,000 likes in total. Furthermore, Katya’s Instagram post announcing this OnlyFans page has accumulated almost 60,000 likes so far. All in all, Katya joining OnlyFans is very on-brand for her drag persona, so this is a perfect fit for her to have fun and earn some extra money during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It’s unlikely that Katya will ever compete again on RuPaul’s Drag Race. But the fans are certainly pleased to have so many different outlets through which they can keep up with this queen.
