With Saints Row IV: Re-Elected releasing on the Nintendo Switch, there are lots of new players experiencing the game for the first time. These players may not know what to expect from the ridiculous series, but they will spend most of their time pulling crazy stunts and killing aliens. There are so many weapons and abilities though that it may be difficult to figure out how to gain access to them all.

One of the most sought out weapons in the game is by far the Dubstep Gun. This is most likely because it is one of the silliest weapons that the Saints Row franchise has ever let players use. The weapon fires sound waves at the enemy that are set to the beat of dubstep songs. This forces all enemies and pedestrians in the area to dance to the music as they take damage. This guide will help players find out how to unlock this powerful weapon.

Find Keith David in Saints Row IV: Re-Elected

The Dubstep Gun is one of the first special weapons that can be unlocked during the course of Saints Row IV: Re-Elected. Players will only have to play through the seventh mission of the game “The Real World” to gain access. This unlocks Vice President Keith David (yes the actor) on the ship. Players can then exit the simulation and talk to Keith in order to play through his Loyalty Quest “Campaign Trail of Destruction”.

The first task that players must complete for Keith is a time trial race. The objective here is to run through each of the checkpoints as quickly as possible. The upside is that players only have to obtain a bronze medal to proceed to the next part of the quest.

From here players need to cause as much damage as possible during a limited amount of time, which is something that Saints Row players should be very used to. To make this even simpler, players will be provided with the singularity gun which creates a black hole that causes massive amounts of damage. Players will need to cause at least $300,000 worth of damage in order to proceed.

The third task is extremely simple as it just involves killing a group of Zin soldiers in a specific area. Players who run into issues during this task should try to keep moving and use their freeze power as much as possible to set up easy takedowns.

The final task that Keith needs completing is to assassinate a rogue program. There will be three separate programs moving around the map, with two of them being decoys. If a decoy is attacked then players will be attacked by several waves of enemies. The best thing to do in this situation is to focus fire on the decoy and try to take it out as quickly as possible.

Once all these tasks are completed, players just need to exit the simulation and return to Keith. After speaking to the Vice President he will provide players with access to the Dubstep Gun. From there its just a matter making all the games enemies dance along to the beat.
