Selling Sunset Season 3: A Look Back At When Heather Young Lived In The Playboy Mansion

Star of Selling Sunset  Heather Rae Young, is doing great in her life right now. She has got a thriving career as a real estate agent as well as the cast member of Netflix’s Selling Sunset. But before being a realtor or a reality star, she acted as a Playboy model. So, let’s look back and see how she started her career at the Playboy mansion. 

The blonde bombshell is making headlines for her appearance in the real estate reality series, Selling Sunset. Heather has been part of the series from the last three seasons and attracted many audience’s attention for her romantic relationships. In season one, she was dating a hockey player named Nick, but they broke up by season 2. Then, the 32-year-old starlet found love in real estate tycoon Tarek El Moussa. The couple shares electrifying chemistry, and within a year, they went from being friends to a newly engaged couple. Now, she’s planning for her wedding as the couple has decided to tie the knot once the COVID-19 situation gets controlled. On the professional front, Heather is thrilled to make multi-million dollar commissions by selling Los Angeles properties. 

However, before entering the cutthroat business of real estate, the Netflix star posed nude for the Playboy magazine. Young Heather decided to foray into the world of modeling and got photographed in 2009. And a year later, she was crowned as Playboy mate Miss February 2010. While talking to Super Street Online in an interview, she spoke about the magazine’s founder, Hugh Hefner. She said, “Hef is amazing and very kind. He created an industry for women to feel empowered and is every bit the legend.” She also revealed one of her wildest Playboy mansion stories, “I was looking for a good friend and I found him at the monkey cages. With a girl on her knees in front of him. And she wasn’t tying his shoe.” She recalls the posing nude for Playboy as an “empowered” moment and “a celebration of [her] body.” 

While talking about her transition into the real estate industry, she said, “A couple of my friends actually suggested it, and originally I said no. But you know what? I did it! I studied my *ss off, I passed the test and then within my first three months of doing real estate, I sold a $7.2 million house and a $1.5 million condo.” The reality star Heather is proud of her accomplishment as a Playboy model. She thinks that the opportunity has given her the confidence to act in front of the crowd.

Still, she’s concerned about how she would tell this to her step kids. She said, “I wouldn’t be where I am today without Playboy. I’m so supportive of the brand but as far as me right now, having two [step] kids, it’s probably something I’m not okay with doing at this point in my life and I’m still trying to figure out how I’m going to tell the kids I did Playboy.” Well, Selling Sunset fans know she will eventually find a way. If not, Tarek can do that for her.

Selling Sunset season 3 premieres on Netflix on Aug. 7.
