Netflix’s Selling Sunset‘s latest season majorly revolves around Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet’s wedding. The real estate agent got married in one of her listings when her original wedding venue fell through. Amid all the wedding preparations and chaos, many viewers are left wondering what exactly her husband does for a living?

During season one, Mary mentioned that she met her husband while working for a client who was moving a few French pastry chefs to the area. Apparently, the couple started dating just after two days he arrived in the city. There is no doubt that Romain Bonnet is one of the hottest men on Selling Sunset. The 26-year-old is originally from France (if you couldn’t figure it out from his accent already), but now living in L.A. with his 39-year-old wife. Although he doesn’t have as much screen time as other female realtors, he makes a lasting impression.

The iconic tittle-tattle between Davina and Chrishell in the first season revealed that Romain works as a pastry chef. Express reports that he has quit the job and now balances work between modeling and filming for the reality show. The handsome hunk works with the Wilhelmina agency in New York and Los Angeles. Previously, he has modeled for brands like Tommy Hackett and Celeste Bright. While replying to one of his fans on IG recently, he revealed that he also works as a project manager. The model further explained that he takes care of the remodeling of houses in the Hollywood Hills. As his fans were curious if Romain was really a chef, he shared pictures of a few pastries that he made:

Many viewers were concerned about the fact that the pair might have a huge disparity between their earnings. Even Mary’s colleagues were worried that she takes care of all the expenses without any help from Romain. Chrishell hinted that Mary should get a prenuptial agreement, but the income doesn’t seem to bother the newlywed. Now, Romain is also entering the real estate industry and ready to earn massive commissions while managing his modeling gigs.

Although there were some unresolved issues between the couple, they still decided to tie the know in October last year. Romain does come across as a little stubborn sometimes. Because of Davina’s remarks on the less expensive engagement ring, he got so furious that he announced that Davina would not be invited to the wedding. Eventually, it was a hard row to hoe for his wife, Mary. Still, judging by their on-screen body language, we think the couple is genuinely in love and will be together for eternity.
