Selling Tampa: Sharelle Rosado & Chad Johnson Welcome Baby Girl

Sharelle Rosado and Chad Johnson have officially welcomed their first child together following the Selling Tampa star’s recent delivery. Sharelle has been pregnant with her fourth child and Chad’s seventh, but they’re first as an engaged couple. Chad didn’t make too many appearances on the show. But he has been present behind the scenes as the pair prepare to raise their daughter between Tampa and Miami.

Sharelle and Chad introduced aspects of their relationship on the debut season of Selling Tampa. She works as the owner of Allure Realty. An all-female, all-Black-run real estate firm based in Tampa. She admitted to striking up a romance with Chad after sending him a DM with heart eyes. The former NFL star replied back to Sharelle and the rest is history. They have been maintaining a semi-long distance relationship over the last two years.

While filming the first season, Sharelle learned of her pregnancy and cameras captured her telling Chad the big news on FaceTime. The sports star who formerly went by Chad Ochocinco was elated to be expecting a child with Sharelle. Over the weekend, Chad shared a photo confirming the arrival of their daughter. “Just delivered Serenity “Hurricane” Paula Johnson,” Chad captioned a photo of him cutting the umbilical cord. The former professional athlete followed up the photo post with a series of Instagram Story posts talking to his newborn. Serenity could be heard cooing and crying as Chad spoke positive affirmations over his daughter.

Back in August, Sharelle revealed her pregnancy in a photoshoot. She revealed she learned of her fourth pregnancy while filming her new Netflix reality show.  “I always wanted a big family,” Sharelle told People at the time. “So I think with this last one, she’s just the perfect number to finish it off.” Sharelle has three other children from previous relationships with an ex-boyfriend and ex-husband. Sharelle is a mother to a 6-year-old son, Denim, a 13-year-old Marcus, and a 15-year-old daughter, Ariana. Denim and Ariana made appearances on the show and helped highlight Sharelle’s parenting style. Her daughter Ariana expressed disappointment in the idea of moving to Miami. So Sharelle felt conflicted about deciding to relocate after the baby was born.

Sharelle said she and Chad would try to raise their baby between Tampa and Miami. Sharelle also shared her plans to expand her real estate business into Miami. With one season under its belt, Selling Tampa has been well received and secured a fanbase of its own. Sharelle’s managerial style has been up for debate. But she still shows commitment and focuses on bringing Allure Realty to the top of the Tampa real estate game.
