In an epic body paint cosplay that needs to be seen to be believed, cosplayer @alientrashkitty created her own take on She-Venom, which is both terrifying and spectacular. On her Instagram page, the talented body paint artist and cosplayer revealed her fantastic look on She-Venom. The cosplay brings one of Marvel’s most beloved symbiote antiheroes to life in a comic-accurate look that’s highly detailed and extremely creative.

In the comics, Anne Weying first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #375 as the ex-wife of Eddie Brock. After being shot and nearly dying at the hands of the Sin-Eater, Eddie’s symbiote bonded with Weying, which turned her into She-Venom. During her time as She-Venom, Weying would embrace the violent tendencies of her symbiote while sporting a female form of Venom. However, after the symbiote left her body, Weying became terrified of permanently bonding with it. It ultimately led to Weying taking her own life after seeing Spider-Man wearing a black costume, believing the symbiote was coming for her. However, it was later revealed that before she died, she gave birth to a son Dylan after becoming pregnant thanks to the symbiote codex left inside of her body from the symbiote. Weying and She-Venom would make their live-action debuts in Venom and its sequel, Venom: Let There Be Carnage.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

On her Instagram page, cosplayer and body paint artist @alientrashkitty shared her take on She-Venom. The look, made up entirely from body paint, is spectacular, as it brings a comic-accurate She-Venom to life. The details from She-Venom’s massive teeth, to the symbiote logo on her chest, to her enormous white eyes, are all spot-on. The shadow details and colors help make the symbiote cosplay pop, as it’s hard to tell whether @alientrashkitty’s actual face is in the paint. You can see faint outlines of her eyes and nose inside She-Venom’s teeth if you look closely.

@alientrashkitty said in the Instagram post that her favorite detail about the She-Venom body paint cosplay was a “happy little accident” that allowed her to move the look’s lips by moving her actual eyebrows.
