Siesta Key: All Plastic Surgery Procedures Kelsey Owens Had Done

Kelsey Owens from Siesta Key started the show as a working model, and we’re about to talk about her plastic surgery history. Currently, the show is in its fourth season, and the Florida-based beauty’s appearance has changed drastically over time. Like many of her fellow female cast members, Kelsey has turned to at least one cosmetic procedure to alter her appearance. As she has tweaked her image, her social media following has grown.

When Kelsey first debuted on the MTV reality show in 2017, she was cast as the girl next door who had her eye on Juliette Porter’s man. Though Kelsey and Juliette became best friends and roommates over the years, the two women are now locked in a feud. They gossip about each other and have competing swimwear lines. While there are hidden details about the cast, Kelsey’s drama with the queen bee Juliette is out in the open. This drama cast Kelsey in the villain role during Siesta Key season 4. However, the 24-year-old appears to be maintaining her sanity away from the cameras, with help from her beloved mother and her serious boyfriend, Max Strong.

Back in season 1, newcomer Kelsey was just 20-years-old. The model sported blonde hair and her signature bushy eyebrows. Those brows have been criticized by viewers. Many Siesta Key fans think that Kelsey appears dramatically different during season 4, for two main reasons. One reason is that Kelsey dyed her blonde locks brown, possibly to differentiate herself from the many blonde women who appear on the show. Juliette (who once dated Robby Hayes from Bachelor in Paradise) and her friends have joked about how similar they look. It appears that Kelsey wanted to stand out. The St. Louis native has also gotten more serious about her makeup application and contouring. However, the second reason is that she has had work done. See brunette Kelsey below:

Kelsey was completely transparent about getting a breast augmentation procedure. She talked about it shortly after Juliette announced that she had done the same thing. The former model Kelsey appears to enjoy having a fuller chest, as she previously considered herself to be flat-chested. Since Kelsey does not appear to be working as a model (she is focusing on other business ventures outside of the show, such as her swimwear line), she is able to change up her look whenever she wants to. Many fans speculate that the former model has had lip injections. Her fellow female co-stars, such as Juliette and Madisson Hausburg, have also apparently turned to lip injections to get fuller pouts. Kelsey enjoys showing off her new look while sporting designs from her swimwear line. 

While Kelsey looks quite different from how she appeared in season 1, she has also grown up. She was only 20 when she first appeared on the show. Naturally, her look has matured as she eases into her mid-20s. Though Kelsey has seen her role turn from friend to villain in season 4, she does not appear too bothered about the drama. The swimwear designer is focused on building her brand and enjoying her time with Max. The couple enjoys traveling and beach escapades. Some Siesta Key fans believe that Kelsey and Max will be the next couple to get married, after Madisson and her fiancé Ish Soto.
