Meri Brown from Sister Wives just shared a cryptic post that insinuated someone was trying to take “her spot.” For years, Meri has been cast to the side as Kody Brown moved on with three other wives. Meri may have accepted her fate, but she isn’t going down quietly. She’s definitely hinting that something is wrong.

The mother of one has been exploring the United States during solo road trips, but she still keeps viewers up to date. It is no secret that Kody has fallen out of love with Meri, especially after her catfishing scandal, which led her to fall in love with a woman who was pretending to be a man. Since that fateful scandal, Meri has had a rather uphill battle when it comes to cementing her place within the family. She was asked to divorce Kody in favor of him marrying his fourth wife, Robyn Brown. Since then, Meri has been ignored by the family and left to her own devices.

The 51-year-old took to her Instagram over the weekend and her update caused some fans to panic a bit since she posted a very questionable quote on her social media. Meri has always enjoyed sharing inspirational memes, especially after her marriage to Kody started to break down. This particular meme raised a few eyebrows since Meri was seemingly hinting at Kody’s neglect. The quote read, “People want to take your spot until they realize what it takes to play your position.” While Sister Wives‘ Meri could just be trying to gain public support and sympathy, some people feel that there is trouble in their polygamous union. There is no doubt that Meri has been distancing herself from the entire Brown family. The post came after fans have speculated for years that she was pushed to the side to make room for Kody’s fourth wife, Robyn. Christine Brown, who left Kody back in November of 2021, also touched on issues with Robyn, noting that she always felt jealous of Kody and Robyn’s relationship. It wouldn’t surprise fans if Meri has also had enough of Kody’s favoritism.

For multiple seasons, Sister Wives fans have been urging Meri to leave her troubled relationship behind. Recently the TLC star shared that she had no intention of leaving Kody, even though the patriarch shared that he was no longer attracted to her.
