Sonic & Super Monkey Ball Combine For Forbidden Chili Dog Recipe

The official Super Monkey Ball YouTube channel has revealed the ultimate recipe for banana chili dogs thanks to a collaboration between AiAi and Sonic the Hedgehog. Both characters appear in the newly-released Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania, with Sonic available as an unlockable character.

The latest episode of the Super Monkey Ball Cooking With AiAi YouTube series welcomes Sonic to the fray, combining the hedgehog’s canonically favorite food, chili dogs, with AiAi’s beloved bananas. The video gives a full breakdown of how fans can make their own Sega-inspired dish at home, demonstrated by AiAi and Sonic puppets. Picky eaters don’t need to worry about adding fruit to their chili dogs, as the recipe calls for banana peppers as opposed to actual bananas. The episode is the fourth in the Cooking With AiAi series, with previous videos sharing recipes for frozen choco-bananas, banana milkshakes, and banana nut muffins.

Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania is the latest release in the longstanding series, challenging players to roll their way through over 300 stages from Super Monkey Ball, Super Monkey Ball 2, and Super Monkey Ball Deluxe, alongside a host of fan-favorite minigames. The delicious-looking YouTube collaboration celebrates Sonic’s inclusion in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania as one of many Sega characters available to replace the series’ staple monkeys as playable characters. As well as classic Sonic and Tails, Kazuma Kiryu from the Yakuza series can also be unlocked in the game, with Persona 5‘s Morgana and even Hello Kitty also confirmed as future DLC.
