Southern Charm: All Plastic Surgery Procedures Kathryn Dennis Has Done

During Southern Charm season 7, the winds of progress have blown through the town of Charleston, South Carolina. Despite COVID-19, the city is changing for the better, and some of the cast members are having to reckon with their actions… and their families’ legacies. Shep Rose, John Pringle, and Kathryn Dennis all have connections to the South’s sordid history, particularly when it comes to slavery.

Kathryn has had a tough time reckoning with her family because of certain choices she has made this year, including texting a monkey emoji to a woman of color. Leva Bonaparte is not letting Kathryn off the hook and is leading the accountability charge this season. Meanwhile, Kathryn hid away for as long as she could. She lost her influencer job with Gwynn’s and became a social pariah.

Kathryn even had a significant falling out with her former bestie, Danni Baird. Not once did Kathryn reach out to Danni for help during her text message scandal. That is, not until Leva Bonaparte recommended that she reach out. When Kathryn did connect with Baird, Danni was beyond over the situation. She had been there for Kathryn through every scandal, and the fact that Kathryn hadn’t come to her sooner this time felt like a major slap in the face. The two had a brief but poignant meeting on Danni’s porch and dragged each other while socially distanced. Kathryn was not willing to acknowledge her wrongdoing, and Danni was not letting her off the hook. Kathryn is known for taking refuge in her home, away from the rest of the cast. Kathryn is having a rough Southern Charm season, so it makes sense that she has taken some time to better herself on a personal level. That betterment has also come in the form of plastic surgery. In October, Kathryn went to Totality Medispa to get a few procedures done and, in many ways, get a new lease on life. Kathryn opted for some of the procedures, including Restylane filler to plump her lips, and Jeuveau, which is a new form of Botox. Dennis also chose a CoolSculpting procedure. The Jeuveau helps with wrinkles, while CoolSculpting freezes away fat in treated areas, such as the torso and stomach.

After all that pampering, Kathryn felt better than ever, and it was not the first time that she has been open about her favorite procedures. She is also an avid self-tanner. In addition, she has had acne problems in the past, which she has also dealt with publicly. Hopefully, these procedures will help Kathryn to feel strong and confident enough to hold herself accountable as she navigates Charleston’s Southern Charm social circles.
