Southern Charm: Madison LeCroy Says She’s ‘Teetering On Bridezilla’

As Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy prepares to tie the knot with Brett Randle, she filmed herself shopping in New York City for the perfect wedding dress. Madison and Brett got engaged after less than a year of dating. However, before the Bravo star found her Prince Charming, she already went through a series of broken relationships. The salon owner was previously involved with Bravo co-star Austen Kroll. Their romance was first made public during season 6 of Southern Charm and lasted two years before they called it quits in December 2020.

After Madison and Austen split, the 31-year-old reality star was linked to Jay Cutler. Madison also made headlines after rumors swirled that she had previously been in contact with Alex Rodriguez, who was engaged to Jennifer Lopez at the time. However, after dominating the tabloids for her relationships’ ups and downs, the South Carolina native teased on social media in April 2021 that she was seeing someone new. Madison and the mystery man made their romance Instagram official two months later. Since Madison revealed that she was dating Brett, she has been gushing over her newfound love.

In October 2021, Madison confirmed that she had accepted Brett’s proposal. Since then, the TV personality has been preparing for her wedding and recently let Us Weekly film her as she shops for the perfect wedding dress. During trips to Amsale and Mark Ingram, Madison said that she is thrilled to be trying on wedding dresses and “cannot think of a better place to come and try on wedding dresses, especially with my family here.” The Bravo personality also revealed that she plans on wearing as many dresses as possible. Madison was not looking for one appearance and explained, “Definitely two looks for the day of, and then two looks for the rehearsal,” adding that she is “definitely teetering on Bridezilla, but right now I’m pretty calm. I’m sure as the months go on, there could be a little bit of that.”

Madison’s mom, Tara LeCroy, sister Kaci Davis and best friend Erica Missel were present for the dress shopping. The reality television star also confirmed that she is “25 percent” done planning her destination wedding. Speaking on her wedding expectations, Madison said her son Hudson, who she shares with ex-husband Josh Hughes, looks forward to the dancing. Meanwhile, the best part about the wedding preparations for Madison has been making the menu. The hairstylist noted that tasting all the cakes and the food was also an exciting experience. However, she says her wedding party will be very simple.

The Southern Charm star is evidently basking in her new love life and is enjoying her wedding ceremony preparations. Although planning a wedding can get tedious, Madison has shown so far that the experience has been delightful. Notably, it is good that Madison is carrying her son, siblings, and mother along in her wedding plans as this will get them involved in the ceremony, which she says will be very simple. Now that Madison has tried on multiple wedding dresses, fans are waiting to see the bride-to-be take over the show looking stunning as she says her vows.
