Summer House: Lindsay Hubbard Confirms She Is Dating Carl Radke

Lindsay Hubbard has officially confirmed that she and Summer House costar Carl Radke are dating. Before the two began their relationship, they were very close friends. They met each other for the first time while filming season 1 of the Bravo series and immediately developed a bond. Carl and Lindsay were both good friends with fellow costar Kyle Cooke, however, that year was the first time they ever stayed in a summer house together.

As the seasons went on, Carl and Lindsay became very close friends and never saw anything more than a friendship. However, their relationship took a turn ahead of Summer House season 4, when Carl and Lindsay revealed they had hooked up before the summer. After giving their romance a try, Carl and Lindsay realized they were better off as friends. Now it seems they are giving their relationship another try.

During an exclusive interview with Page Six, the 35-year-old addressed the speculation surrounding her and Carl and finally confirmed that the two are together. “We’re definitely dating!” Lindsay told the news outlet, adding that she and Carl have not adopted the “girlfriend/boyfriend” label just yet. “We don’t really talk in labels, Carl and I … [But] we’re very much together. We’re very happy.” Lindsay’s revelation comes a few months after fans started to speculate if she and the 36-year-old have ignited their romance again. On Halloween 2021, Lindsay posted a photo of her and Carl dressed as the main characters from the infamous film, Dirty Dancing. According to the publicist, the pair decided to give their relationship another try shortly after Kyle and Amanda’s wedding in September 2021. “We’ve always had this thing for each other. Sometimes you’ll look back and be like, ‘Was I just filling the time until I was ready and he was ready?’” Lindsay said.

The New Yorker added that the “timing” was perfect compared to when they initially tried to date a couple of years ago. At the time, Lindsay and Carl were “in such very different headspaces,” which caused the romance to go downhill. However, Lindsay’s feelings for Carl never went away and was always hoping for a reconciliation. Now that Carl is sober, following the death of his brother last summer, people are able to see the good in him. “He’s still the same Carl. You just see all of the good [now]. He eliminated things that would trigger the bad in him,” Lindsay, who hopes to be friends with Austin Kroll, said of her new beau. What attracted Carl to Lindsay the most this past year is the support she has provided him throughout his sobriety journey. Lindsay says their strong foundation as friends allowed her to help him navigate his sobriety while entering into a new relationship.

Lindsay and Carl were able to develop a real romantic relationship over the fall/winter as they got a little more privacy compared to when they initially tried to date two years ago. Hopefully, this Summer House duo works out and will give the fans another wedding soon.
