Craig Conover of Summer House isn’t exactly thrilled about how the editing team has portrayed his blossoming relationship with Paige DeSorbo on the show. Craig has come under fire from fans for his rude demeanor towards the fashionista. Now, the Sewing Down South owner is clapping back at what the cutting room floor left out of the final edit.

The Summer House and Southern Charm stars have been more than friends for a while now. Fans were first able to see them reconnect when both starred on Winter House. Even though Paige may have been preoccupied with Andrea Denver and Craig was technically spoken for, the couple was able to rekindle their relationship. Bravo fans felt that this paring would be great for both franchises and allow for multiple crossovers. Even though Craig hasn’t been a staple in the Hamptons, fans have a few bones to pick with him.

Craig and Paige have been going steady for a few months now, so it makes sense that Craig is a bit peeved with production. Fans were not surprised when Craig opened up to Us Weekly about feeling duped by production. The 33-year-old shared he was upset for a while about how his relationship was presented to fans, but he eventually got over his hard feelings. Bravo viewers have made it clear that they were upset with Craig and his antics because, at times, it looked like he may be gaslighting Paige. Craig’s main argument was the fact that production failed to show any of the good times.

The Southern Charm star shared that he was disappointed with how Bravo chose to make their relationship negative. Craig raised red flags amongst viewers when he first arrived at the Hamptons mansion. The episode showed Craig being asked about his hookup with Kristin Cavallari. Craig raged against Paige, calling her “weak.” Viewers felt that he was trying to hide his misdoings and only ended up hurting Paige in the long run. Craig settled the argument about the scene, saying that a lot of their relationship was taken out of context.

While Paige and Craig were casually dating, they are now an official couple, and Summer House fans truly enjoy seeing them together. Craig will have a chance to redeem himself on the upcoming season of Southern Charm since Paige will be making an appearance or two. Hopefully, Craig can work on his perception with fans, and the couple will continue to go strong.
