By now, fans of the Battle Royale genre have surely heard of Super People, an exciting game released as a Closed Beta Test by Wonder People on December 7, 2021. Now that early testers have had a full month to thoroughly explore the numerous abilities offered by each of the twelve soldier classes in Super People, a few fan favorites have emerged.

As with any game, every player will have a different playstyle and, therefore, a different set of favorites. However, most Super People players will find certain soldier classes to be more worthwhile than others.

12 Firearms Expert

One of the biggest drawbacks of the Firearms Expert class is simply the fact that the Firearms Expert’s ultimate ability can make it very difficult to play with friends as a duo or squad. Multiple classes offer ultimate abilities which will damage or blind teammates who fail to clear the area before the ability is deployed.

However, proper communication allows teams to time ultimate usage effectively. The Firearms Expert slows all players within the range of their ultimate. Unfortunately, this ability makes it difficult for teammates to clear the affected area.

11 Strike Force

While the Strike Force class does offer a number of dynamic movement perks to Super People players, this class is potentially one of the most redundant classes in the game. Super People introduces players to multiple movement-based soldier classes, such as the Seeker and the Teleporter.

Considering the fact that other movement-based soldier classes offer unique abilities such as teleportation and tracking, it is difficult to claim that the Strike Force soldier class adds much to the game.

10 Marine

Super People‘s Marine soldier class is, unfortunately, one of the most situational classes in the game. While the Marine class is incredibly dangerous on maps with large aquatic areas, most of this class’s minor perks are completely unusable on more land-based maps.

In an ideal scenario, this class is stealthier and more dangerous than any other class while swimming, walking in shallow water, or cloaked in their ultimate ability, ‘Fog of War.’ However, players have no way of knowing whether they will be entering an aquatic arena until after choosing their class. Therefore, the Marine class is a bit of a gamble.

9 Gas Soldier

While the Gas Soldier class in Super People may not be the most useful class in the game, this class is one of the easiest to understand as a new player. The Gas Soldier’s ultimate ability is a simple fireball that players can launch towards their enemies, with a relatively brief 50-second cooldown.

As for the Gas Soldier’s other perks, the ‘Gas Mask’ perk makes Gas Soldiers immune to toxic gas, and even results in a health boost while inside of gas once fully upgraded. The Gas Soldier can therefore inflict AoE damage on enemies with their own gas while recovering health for themselves. Unlike other soldier classes with AoE attacks, the Gas Soldier’s gas does not affect teammates.

8 Seeker

Realistically, the Seeker soldier class is just an upgraded version of the Strike Force soldier class. Much like Strike Force, Seekers boast increased movement abilities a fun slide ability. However, Seekers also offer extensive tracking capabilities which allow players to seek out vulnerable enemies and rush in at just the right moment.

Beyond this, Seekers receive health and damage buffs while close to the edge of the storm, making this the perfect class for solo players looking to pick off stragglers.

7 Shotgun Master

Players who prefer close-range combat will surely love using the Shotgun Master soldier class in Super People. As implied by this class’s title, the Shotgun Master is practically unbeatable in close-range shotgun fights with an ultimate ability that increases shotgun damage to a devastating extent.

Aside from this, most of the Shotgun Master’s minor perks are similar to other classes with increased movement abilities. While this class can be very fast-paced and exciting, there isn’t much making them unique.

6 SWAT

Super People‘s SWAT soldier class is similar to the Marine class in the sense that many of this class’s perks rely on the terrain available on a given map. Unlike Marines, however, SWAT soldiers benefit from fighting in buildings rather than water.

Players will be hard-pressed to find an arena on the Super People map that doesn’t have at least a few buildings to work with. SWAT soldiers deal increased damage and receive stealth and defense buffs while working on their preferred terrain, and their ultimate ability can completely blackout enemy vision.

5 Gatling Soldier

The only thing keeping the Gatling Soldier from being one of the most impressive classes in Super People, admittedly, is the redundancy of most of this class’s minor perks. While the increased movement and defense capabilities are useful, some variation of most of these perks is evident in other soldier classes.

The Gatling Soldier’s ultimate ability, ‘Spitfire,’ however, can turn this class’s Gatling Gun into one of the most devastating weapons in the game.

4 Nuclear

Newer players who may struggle with evading enemy fire can benefit greatly from the Nuclear soldier class’s ‘Weaving’ perk which allows the player to automatically weave while standing/crouching. This class also offers a perk that allows players to create a wall of fire with their Molotov cocktails.

As for other explosive capabilities, Nuclear soldiers come equipped with an RPG and their ultimate ability allows them to drop a tactical nuke on their enemies. This ultimate, combined with minor perks allowing Nuclear soldiers to detect nearby enemies, makes it nearly impossible to escape from this soldier class.

3 Sniper

The Sniper class offered to Super People players is one of the most intuitive classes. The vast majority of the perks offered by the Sniper class take the forms of various speed and damage buffs. Even the Sniper’s ultimate ability, ‘Deadeye,’ is a simple damage increase for shots from SRs and DMRs.

However, the cooldown for this ultimate ability is incredibly brief at just 10 seconds. This short cooldown for Deadeye’s 50% damage increase can allow skilled Snipers to take out full enemy squads without ever being spotted. Beyond this, the Sniper class also offers an unlockable perk that amplifies the sounds of enemy soldiers, making it very easy for Snipers to find their next target.

2 Teleporter

The Teleporter class in Super People is yet another strong choice for players who enjoy increased movement abilities. The Teleporter’s ultimate allows players to teleport anywhere within a short distance of the user, and Green and Blue perks can be unlocked to increase the Teleporter’s crouch speed and overall speed.

Interestingly, the Teleporter class can also play a significant support role for their squad by upgrading perks to heal themselves and their teammates faster than others.

1 Driver

Super People‘s Driver class offers incredible perks for players capable of surviving long enough to unlock them. After powering up the Driver’s abilities over the course of a game, the Driver can summon a damage-resistant monster truck.

A fully upgraded Driver can launch their ultimate vehicle into the air and takes no damage dismounting from their vehicle. Upgraded Drivers can even damage enemies by detonating their vehicle after dismounting. If this wasn’t compelling enough, upgraded Drivers can use their ‘Mounted Combat’ and ‘Smart Bullet’ perks for improved accuracy when shooting from inside their vehicle.
