Without any new episodes of Superstore to look forward to, all that fans have left are the memories of beloved characters of the show. In 6 seasons, these characters worked, laughed, cried, and grew together, providing ample entertainment for the audience that went along on the journey with them.

Since Superstore had so many characters, most of whom worked at Cloud 9, it was easy to lose track of some of them. A few are memorable for the things they said or did and are easy to recall, while others could just as easily fade into the background and require the audience to think a little harder to remember who they were.

10 Memorable: Dina

Throughout the show, Dina stood out from the rest of the characters because of her take-charge demeanor and dedication to work. She dominated every scene she was present in with her straight-faced delivery of—arguably—the funniest lines in the show.

While she mostly seemed like a tough person on the outside, Dina had a few memorable moments when she exhibited a sweet side. For example, when she saved Amy’s job by blackmailing Jeff into not reporting an accident that had happened at the store in the season 2 episode, “Back to Work.”

9 Forgettable: Jerry

Jerry was definitely one of the sweetest secondary characters in Superstore, but also not very memorable. He hardly said much whenever he made an appearance and it’s hard to even recall any word he ever spoke.

In fact, the show subtly highlighted this occasionally by poking fun at his quiet demeanor during interactions with outspoken characters like Garrett. His relationship with Sandra was absolutely adorable though and had cute moments that were part of the show’s romantic gestures.

8 Memorable: Garrett

Apart from being one of the funniest characters of Superstore, fans remember Garrett for his love-hate relationship with his job at Cloud 9. He never missed an opportunity to point out how much he didn’t like his job with lines that often left the audience in stitches.

His interactions with the other characters were also quite notable. Apart from his unique gift to turn every line into a joke, his facial expressions in reaction to what other people said was comedy gold.

7 Forgettable: Jeff

When Jeff made his debut on Superstore, he was the regional manager of Cloud 9. Despite his high position, he didn’t make a lasting impression apart from the few episodes when he was in a secret relationship with Mateo.

He was very business-like, even during his interactions with Mateo, which made him seem a little wooden. The most entertaining things about him, in fact, were the fake stories Sandra told when she lied about dating him.

6 Memorable: Cheyenne

Bright and bubbly don’t do justice when describing Chayenne’s personality. As one of the youngest members of the Cloud 9 family, Cheyenne was often the life of the party, bringing her bubbliness to the otherwise dreary workdays of the store.

At the end of the first and second season, she became a mother and married her high school sweetheart, Bo, and between the two of them and their hilarious navigation of parenthood and marriage, it was hard to forget either.

5 Forgettable: Janet

Apart from a few deadpan lines chimed in occasionally, usually in the break room, Janet was one of those characters whose absence from an episode wasn’t noticeable. She appeared once in a while in a couple of episodes, but mostly in a filler role.

By the end of the show, the audience didn’t know much about her, but her snarky humor showed she had the potential to be a very funny and memorable character if she’d had more screentime.

4 Memorable: Sandra

Sandra was a memorable person even before she started to speak out more and stand up for herself. The audience fell in love with her randomly uttered facts about her life and the ridiculous lies she told to get attention from her workmates.

Although initially, she was on the backburner, the show started to put a spotlight on her in season 5 when she was preparing to get married to Jerry and dealing with Carol’s hostility because she’d “stolen” her boyfriend.

3 Forgettable: Kelly

For a while, Kelly was a critical part of the show because of her relationship with Jonah and the competitive tension between her and Amy. Fans had a love-hate relationship with her, as some adored her positive and bubbly attitude and felt she deserved better while others disliked her because she threatened the Amy-Jona ship.

Once she stopped showing up on the screen, most people forgot about her, except for die-hard fans of the character, because apart from her relationship with Jonah, there wasn’t much about her to remember.

2 Memorable: Simmosa (Amy & Jonah)

Although Superstore had a lot of main characters, the plot mostly centered on Amy and Jonah and their beautiful love story, so it seems only right to mention them together. Over 6 seasons, Amy evolved from someone with a reserved personality and became more open and fun, mostly thanks to Jonah who taught her to live in the moment.

Amy’s growth, both personally and career-wise was inspiring and something that stuck with fans, making her memorable. Jonah also became a little more responsible and less of an elitist, thanks to Amy’s influence. Their love story—one that many fans shipped and cherished from the beginning—was another thing that made Amy and Jonah so unforgettable.

1 Forgettable: Brett

Brett definitely doesn’t come to the top of anyone’s mind when thinking of Superstore characters, but that doesn’t mean there wasn’t anything to like about him. Like some of the other secondary characters, he never said a word, except for one time when he was right in the path of a tornado.

Apart from the occasional compliment on how he was an excellent salesperson, the rest of the characters hardly mentioned him. They even forgot to tell him about the impending tornado in the season 2 finale, while he was working in the parking lot.
