Boston Rob Mariano holds the record for being on the most Survivor seasons, and he first appeared on the show in 2002, but he has several other business ventures that keep him busy these days. When he is not competing or mentoring Survivor cast members, Rob and his wife (Survivor season eight winner Amber Mariano) are raising their four daughters. Here are all of the ways that Boston Rob makes his living outside of his reality TV appearances.

Boston Rob first competed on Survivor season four before being asked back on All-Stars. He was the runner-up to his wife Amber in season eight, and fans will recall the shocking moment when he got down on one knee and proposed to Amber during the live finale. Survivor holds a special place in Boston Rob’s heart, as it is where he fell in love with Amber. He came back for Survivor season 20, although he was voted out early. Two seasons later, Boston Rob finally took home the Sole Survivor title.

Rob and Amber both returned to the historic SurvivorWinners at War, but they were both voted off quickly for being the biggest threats. Fans have loved watching Survivor‘s Rob and Amber’s family grow over the years, and marvel at how far they have come since their first Survivor seasons. The pair were also strong in the two The Amazing Race seasons that they competed in. Despite being a Survivor legend, Boston Rob also has many passions outside of the game, which he has been sharing with fans in recent years.

Survivor fans know that Rob first got his nickname because he always wore a Boston hat on the show, and he is now selling signed hats for fans. According to Bostonrob.com, he also wrote his own rulebook called “Strategies for Life,” where he shares the life lessons he’s learned and the reality TV adventures he’s had. Rob also wanted to share some of his Italian heritage (and his love of food) with fans through a cookbook. He gives a nod to his Survivor days with crispy rice and coconut recipes.

Many Survivor fans have also gotten personalized videos from Boston Rob through his Cameo, and he has a perfect rating from nearly 1,000 reviews. The Survivor power couple Rob and Amber now keep busy with home renovation projects and are even selling Mariano Construction gear, including shirts and hoodies. Rob also participated in a CBS special called Secret Celebrity Renovation, where he surprised a family with an updated home. Rob, Amber, and their four kids are currently living in Pensacola, Florida, but he will always be Boston Rob to Survivor fans.
