Kass McQuillen was on Survivor: Cagayan in 2014 and Survivor: Cambodia in 2015. Here’s what she’s been up to since leaving the show.

On Survivor: Cagayan, Kass was a ruthless competitor. She was widely disliked for her sarcasm and aggressive game play strategies, and was nicknamed “Chaos Kass.” She made it to the final three with Woo Hwang and Tony Vlachos. Woo famously shocked the players and fans by voting her out and taking Tony to the final two with him. Kass was then the ninth member of the jury, and voted for Tony to win the show. Survivor: Cambodia was her second chance. She decided to play a more social game on this season. The other players were wary of her, and she developed a rivalry with Tasha Fox. This ultimately got her eliminated, and she left on day 19.

Kass’s life outside of Survivor is completely different. She is a business attorney from Tehachapi, California, where she currently lives with her husband. They recently celebrated their 13 year wedding anniversary. She also coaches youth basketball for the Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Parks District. She also has a daughter, but is private about her family life. She has said that she raised her daughter while working full time and attending law school. Now 49, Kass’s hobbies include reading and hiking. She is also an army veteran who served in the 1990’s. Kass is active on her Twitter profile and often rallies fans to help support good causes. Following a recent devastating storm in Cagayan, Philippines, where she filmed her first Survivor season, Kass asked fans to donate money to help the island get back on its feet.

A huge fan of the show, Kass still watches every season of Survivor and commentates on the outcomes on Twitter. She recently accused production of helping Tony Vlachos in Survivor season 40. Kass wrote on Twitter that Tony had “a bent elbow” during the Immunity Challenge.  While some fans thought that Tony had outsmarted everyone else, Kass had a theory that production was helping him win.

Survivor hasn’t responded to these allegations, but it did make some viewers suspicious. Kass doesn’t only give her Survivor opinions on Twitter. She talks about the show frequently in interviews, but usually keeps her personal life private. She isn’t active at all on Instagram, and uses Twitter primarily while she is watching the show and commenting.
