Although nothing has been officially confirmed thus far, some reliable spoilers from Stop Being Polite have given fans of The Challenge a look into the roster for Paramount+’s upcoming All Stars 3.

Like the prior two seasons, All Stars 3 looks to be a solid mix of challengers returning from different eras of the series, and there are some vets coming back as well as some All Stars rookies making their debut on the spinoff series. The women’s competition of this season looks to be pretty fierce, but who has the best and worst shot at winning the season?

13 Cynthia Roberts

Understandably, one of the most exciting aspects of The Challenge: All Stars is that the series has brought back contestants from some of the earliest years of the competition. Cynthia Roberts originally appeared on The Real World: Miami, and she also starred in two seasons of The Challenge.

Cynthia actually won the very first season of The Challenge, before it was even called The Challenge (the first iteration was actually known as Road Rules: All Stars). It’s awesome to see her back, but it doesn’t seem likely that she’ll win All Stars 3.

12 Roni Martin

Roni Martin is similarly a throwback to some of the earliest seasons of the series, but she has a slight edge over Cynthia because she won two seasons of The Challenge rather than one.

Roni won the first Real World/Road Rules Challenge as well as The Gauntlet, which is definitely impressive. However, the game has changed so radically from this era that it’s essentially a whole new format, so a player who has only experienced the early Challenge will have a hard time emerging victorious.

11 Melinda Collins

This Real World: Austin alum has more experience in Challenges than many other competitors, and despite coping with recent heartbreak, Melinda’s showing on All Stars 2 is actually her best performance in Challenge history.

She came in third in the final, so it wouldn’t be surprising to see her make it pretty far in the game again. However, even if she makes it to the end of the upcoming season, it seems fairly likely that she’d be up against a competitor who can outmatch her in a foot race.

10 Tina Barta

Tina was known as a bit of a beast in her day on The Challenge, and although she has never won the entire game, she has made it to two finals before.

But Tina didn’t exactly bring her A-game to All Stars 2, so unless she taps into the old Tina for the third All Stars it seems unlikely that she’ll score her first win. Plus, the other challengers she’ll face off against will likely have an edge or two over her in the game.

9 Beth Stolarczyk

Beth was most memorable in her original Challenge run for being a gleeful villain. But unfortunately, her willingness to lean into that characterization wound up ostracizing her from most of the other competitors, and it’s pretty hard to make it to a Challenge final without friends and allies.

However, Beth has made a better impression on All Stars, and that combined with her actual physical abilities land her right in the middle of the pack in terms of champion potential.

8 Jemmye Carroll

Jemmye’s social game has always been her biggest strength as a player, but honestly, another reason why so many other competitors want to keep her safe is that they can likely outrun her in a final race.

Jemmye has made it to finals before and has performed well, and there’s nothing to say that she won’t make it to the end on All Stars 3 either, but the likelihood of her actually coming in first place seems fairly low.

7 Veronica Portillo

Veronica is another Challenge vet whose biggest strengths lie in her relationships with other players and her ability to manipulate the game politically.

Although she’s not quite the powerhouse that she used to be, her recent appearances on the mainline Challenge series have demonstrated that she can still hang. And, given that she has actually competed in and won multiple finals before (granted, it was an era when they weren’t nearly as difficult), she has a better shot than many at emerging victorious.

6 Nia Moore

Nia is a really strong athletic player, and she has no problem intimidating her competition when it comes to gameplay. Her impressive stature alone means that she can beat most of the other women in physical challenges, and although she hasn’t been on the show for a while, she poses a threat.

However, she also has a knack for rubbing people the wrong way, and the only established friendship she has on the season is with Jordan (who is similarly prickly with the other players).

5 Sylvia Elsrode

Sylvia has always been a somewhat underrated all-around player, and she came very close to winning Final Reckoning with her partner, Joss Mooney. If it weren’t for a time penalty, they would have actually won that season.

However, Sylvia’s ability to make it far in some seasons of The Challenge without much opposition stemmed from her friendships with the Lavender Ladies, all of whom are absent from the speculative cast list for The Challenge: All Stars 3.

4 KellyAnne Judd

KellyAnne has always been a bit of a beast when it comes to competition. When she first appeared on The Challenge, she seemed like no real threat, but once she beat some extremely tough competitors in eliminations, fans started to take notice.

Then, when she and Sarah Rice were the only players from their team to make it to the final on The Ruins, she set herself apart as an all-time great. She has a pretty good shot of winning a final if she can make it there, and only a few other girls stand a chance against her.

3 Kendal Darnell

Road Rules alum Kendal only starred in one season of the original Challenge, The Inferno. She won that Challenge along with the Road Rules team, and she has now come back for every season of All Stars thus far.

Kendal is a pretty well-rounded player, but what might really help her is her winning personality and the relationships that she has developed with other competitors in the past two seasons. A lot of the other challengers might not want to throw her in, or they will have bigger targets aimed at others at least.

2 Kailah Casillas

Kailah hasn’t appeared on The Challenge in a few years, but in terms of All Stars, she’s younger and newer than a lot of the other players. And putting that aside, she’s a physically fantastic athlete.

Her largest weakness historically has been that she can get flustered and lose her head when she gets confused or frustrated, but if she can keep it together or partner up with a player who can stay on task, she has a great shot at winning.

1 Jonna Mannion

Historically, winning back-to-back Challenges is an extremely rare accomplishment, and considering that Jonna just won All Stars 2, she would logically be a solid target for early elimination.

However, she has made it to the end of both All Stars seasons thus far, and if All Stars 3 has players partner up again then she’ll be a hot commodity. Plus, for whatever reason, despite the fact that she has always been a solid competitor, a lot of the other contestants have consistently assumed she was a bit of a layup, which could actually help her in the long run.
