The Family Chantel: Has Chantel Everett Had Plastic Surgery?

Chantel Jimeno, née Everett, stars on The Family Chantel and she recently denied speculation that she has gone under the knife. The celeb, who rose to fame on 90 Day Fiancé, took to her Instagram to dispute the plastic surgery rumors.

The Bravo reality series, which has run for two seasons, features Chantel and her husband Pedro Jimeno, as well as her parents and various family members. Chantel’s parents had a memorable reaction to Pedro’s plans to marry their daughter on 90 Day Fiancé, as they exhibited extreme suspicion over the Dominican Republic native’s intentions with their daughter. Their extreme distrust of their soon-to-be son-in-law caused a rift in the family, but tensions have simmered down (at least, sometimes). Chantel is known for more than drama, though. She’s also known for beauty.

Recently, rumors have been circulating on the Internet regarding whether or not Chantel has had plastic surgery. While this would not be an uncommon route for a reality television star to take, Chantel put an end to the rumors with a firm denial. Some fans of the 29-year-old wondered if she had breast implants. Chantel addressed the gossip head-on in a Chantel Jimeno Instagram Story last month. She captioned an old photo of herself “always had boobs” before writing “then I grew up,” explaining that normal aging and weight gain are all that’s behind her current chest size. Then, The Family Chantel celeb followed up with a statement to clarify her stance on plastic surgery. “Just wanted to clear that up. I believe in doing whatever makes you feel comfortable in your own skin. Working out, makeup, even surgery. People keep asking about ‘my surgeries.’ I just wanted to make it known that I have not had any, but do believe [in] having confidence to do what makes you feel beautiful,” she wrote. Chantel also backed up her claims about her body by sharing multiple photos throughout the years that confirmed she always had a sizable chest despite her fluctuating weight. She has not publicly commented on the matter since then.

The rumors about the Georgia native spiked when she visited a surgeon on an episode of The Family Chantel. When asked if she had any work done, she responded by saying, “I don’t want to say things that don’t matter.” However, she did disclose that she had recently had Botox injections in the center of her forehead and between her eyebrows. Therefore, fans have no reason to believe that she wouldn’t be honest about not having breast implants.

According to Chantel’s Instagram, all appears to be well with her and Pedro. She shared a photo of them happily together last week, which also dispels rumors of a Family Chantel split. To find out what else Chantel is up to, fans will have to tune into The Family Chantel on Bravo.
