Since a hero is only as memorable as their villain, it’s only right that a celebration of Batman’s 80th year in comics should be followed by a similar, but far more horrifying honoring of his nemesis, The Joker.

The Joker 80th Anniversary 100-Page Super Spectacular is looking to do that and more, recruiting not only some of the top talent in comics today, but some of the most acclaimed writers and artists to ever spin a Joker story. So whether DC fans are looking forward to a collection of unforgettable short stories, or adding to their collection with the full lineup of decade-specific variant covers, the newest preview of The Joker 80th Anniversary is only going to add to the hype. At least to keep fans occupied until the highly-touted “Joker War” officially begins.

The Joker follows characters like Batman, Robin, and Catwoman in the 80th Anniversary festivities, but as fans might guess, the creators on hand for this issue are nothing if not prolific. Whether it’s tales by Scott Snyder, Paul Dini, Denny O’Neil, Brian Azzarello, or artists ranging from Lee Bermejo to Riley Rossmo and everyone in between, readers can see the table of contents for the issue below. Not to mention the many variant covers on offer, and a chilling preview of what The Batman Who Laughs’ Snyder and Jock have cooked up for their short story, “Scars.”
