In a town like Beverly Hills, plenty is fake, but the relationship between reality stars Kyle Richards and Teddy Mellencamp Arroyave is as real as it gets.

Their friendship fell under scrutiny in the tenth season, where the ladies got very immature about who was closer to who. The ladies refused to engage in the nonsense, only commenting on how quickly they struck up a friendship.
