Season 32 of The Simpsons is slated to begin streaming on Disney+ starting September 29th. The Simpsons debuted in 1989 before going on to become a cultural phenomenon throughout the 1990s. The show follows The Simpson family and the colorful locals who populate the town of Springfield. The show’s popularity has seen it become the longest-running primetime scripted show in history, with 34 Emmy Awards and even an Academy Award nomination for their short film, The Longest Daycare. Season 33 is set to premiere later this month on September 26th on FOX, and it will quickly be followed by season 32’s streaming debut on Disney+.

Disney+ recently shared a trailer to announce season 32’s arrival on the streaming service. With the addition of season 32, the total number of available Simpsons episodes to stream on Disney+ will reach 706. In addition, Disney+ will also begin offering users Simpsons avatars that they can apply to their accounts. In addition to the 32 seasons available on the streaming service, Disney+ also offers The Simpsons Movie and various Simpsons shorts, like the Star Wars-inspired The Force Awakens from Its Nap. The most recent Simpsons short, The Good, the Bart, and the Loki, was released earlier this year on Disney+ alongside the fifth episode of Marvel’s Loki series, with Tom Hiddleston even voicing the character for the short. Fans of The Simpsons can rewatch their favorite episodes from season 32 when it hits Disney+ later this month.
